Not only does this wedding have a fantastic backdrop (that red Mandap against the Jungle backdrop is so stunning), it also has loads of quirky, fun elements that celebrate this couple's story. Meet Vriti and Kapil

 Kapil and I met at our respective childhood best friend’s engagement in July 2013. His childhood best buddy got engaged to my childhood best friend . We were formally introduced after that, became friends during their wedding in November 2013, which is where cupid struck :)

From the bride:  Kapil  wanted to get married at a beautiful offbeat place with an intimate guest list, and he made me realise how perfect this would be as opposed to a commercial Delhi wedding. 

 The destination was finalised after multiple road trips by the boys of both families - first was Jim Corbett, then Jaipur and then Mussoorie. We finally finalised the very first destination and hotel that we shortlisted as we both found it perfect in terms of distance, beauty and the whole feel of the place. We both envisioned the most sacred and special ceremony of our life on the Riverview Retreat Lawn which overlooked a small river and mountains. The serenity, calm and beauty of this place was just perfect for our wedding. We wanted all our guests to enjoy our wedding more like a fun holiday in the beautiful Jim Corbett, a weekend getaway full of celebrations. Once the destination was finalised, everything was done one by one involving lots of research, excel sheets and meetings :)
