We do love our butter chicken and dal makhni but really, we need a big break from them. Especially at weddings, the menu needs some awesome time and again.  So we decided to take a look at the coolest food items on the menu - ones that added an Indian flavour into an existing dish to give it some chutzpah. And some of these foods are so western but that's the point, isn't it? We got Jain Pizza at Pizza Hut so I'm guessing we can invent anything. Haha!

The Wedding Weavers

Well, butter and caramel popcorn are so boring and that's why we needed newer flavours to up the ante. Enter, jeera, desi mirch and spice curry and you are in 7th heaven. Easy and effortless, this one is.

Well, we LOVE anything on a stick and if it's bits of paneer, mushrooms, chicken tikka and corn - we are suckers for it. Add a bit of chutney to make it like a chocolate fountain and you'll have crowds gathering.

Why not? Choose Moroccan glasses to make it pop and add new flavours like rose, jal jeera or pani puri ras, mango or even masala soda. Yummers!

Super simple way to serve the usual - add a martini glass, stuff at the bottom with gajar halwa and add rabdi on top - looks like a French dessert, innit?

A candy cart is a cute way to keep things fun - but we say load it up with Indian ideas. Chocolates like: Pan Pasand, Lemon/ Orange Hard Candy Drops, Imli sweets, Melody chocolate, Tutti Frutti, Kissme, Poppins, Gems and 5 Star.
