10 Weddings With A Guest List Of 25 Or Lesser

BY Sakshi | 27 Jul, 2021 | 37490 views | 4 min read

Back in 2019, it was almost always a court wedding which had a guest count like 25 when it came to Indian weddings. But the pandemic has made that the new normal, and weddings with only a few guests are fairly common these days. While most weddings we featured did have between 30-100 guests, there are also these minimal yet gorgeous weddings which had even lesser people- to be specific, less than 25 people in all! But that doesn't mean the weddings had to be basic- take a look for yourselves!

Ayukta and Avinash had their pandemic wedding in Dubai, and we fell hard for her salmon pink Manish Malhotra lehenga and the way she styled it. Their wedding had only 10 guests, planned in just 10 days after postponing her wedding 4 times! But the end result was a warm and lovely wedding which was just beautiful.

Ananya and Rishabh had their destination wedding by the Ganges in Rishikesh with their dear ones, and it was simply whimsical. We loved the bride's offbeat saree, and the minimal yet beautiful mandap and decor which was very unique.

Unita and Nikhil had a wedding like no other! They had a gorgeous mandap bang on in the middle of the desert in Abu Dhabi, and we loved the vibe of this wedding! There were just 8 guests, and the bride wore a simple Sabyasachi lehenga and minimal jewellery which complemented the whole easy vibe of her wedding.

There were only 7 guests, and the bride wore sneakers! Aditi and Ronil's Mumbai wedding was minimal, but very elegant! This micro wedding was during the first wave of the pandemic, and we loved everything about it.

Krishna and Rohil tied the knot amidst the luxe backdrop of Aambey Valley, with just 25 of their closest friends and family. And they did it all with a magnetic charm and allure of a typical big fat Indian wedding, and we think that's an amazing idea during the pandemic.

Tanushree and Nishant chose to get married with their closest friends and family during the first wave and had a gathering of only 20 people! It was a beautiful celebration, with Tanushree shining in subtle makeup and a gorgeous baby pink lehenga!

Sakshi and Ananda's wedding happened during the first wave, and was an intimate affair at home. We loved the fact that it was a home wedding with a lovely English Vintage theme and sweet decor ideas.

Dakshaa & Rishabh had a ceremony at the bride's maternal home, wore wedding outfits customised by a local karigar & made us realise how underrated terrace weddings are! It was small and intimate and just full of love.

Gayatri and Manzil had an intimate pandemic wedding, a wedding where unfortunately, even their parents couldn't attend, but their friends made sure no stone was left unturned! It was minimal and beautiful, just the way we like it.

A pre-pandemic wedding with just 20 people!

While small weddings have more or less become common now thanks to the pandemic, here is a pre pandemic wedding with only 20 people- now that was rare right? Tulika and Prabhjot had their Delhi wedding with their near and dear ones, and with 20 people, it was a small yet pretty affair, with only those people invited who's names came to mind in the first 5 minutes!
