Pakistani brides are drop dead gorgeous... if you don't believe us, just look at the images below! And while our cultures are so similar, there are some distinct differences in bridal styles. So it shouldn't come as a surprise that Indian brides have been getting inspired by their looks (and vice versa!), with wearing a jhoomer becoming pretty common here as well.

So what are the other style ideas we can emulate from Pakistani brides? Here goes!

Unique Hair jewellery and accessories

How pretty do the pearls in her hair look? They really bring out the beauty of the lehenga as well as highlight her glowing makeup. Hair accessories are also very popular in Pakistani brides, with a lot of them choosing tiny little flowers or glitter apart from the jhoomer or maang tikka.

Layered Jewellery

You'll see most Pakistani brides layering their jewellery... and it's a lot more layers than what we spot on Indian brides! Most of them wear high necklines, and starting with a choker or tighter necklace, keep layering it till almost their navel!

Bold brows and smokey eyes

If you notice, most Pakistani brides opt for smokey eyes, paired with subdued lips, no matter what outfit theu're wearing. Their eye makeup is stark, with long lashes and bold brows. A lot of them also choose to wear contacts to make sure that eyes are the main highlight in their bridal makeup.

Monotone Grey, Silver or White outfits

While in India it is pretty common to see a gold monotone outfit, silver, white or grey are a little rare to come by. But Pakistani brides wear them, and look stunning! If you notice, they usually pick pastel shades as compared to the bold ones we do, and it lends this sort of angelic vibe to them!

Long Kurtas paired with Lehengas

Not too many Pakistani brides show off their midriff and arms, and that is why you'll notice that instead of the cholis we have, they usually pair their lehengas with full-sleeved well-fitted straight and long cholis or kurtas, which also look amazing!

Carrying off open hair with a dupatta

This is something simple, yet we don't get to see this enough at Indian weddings. Most Indian brides think that a dupatta can only be carried off with an updo, but it is pretty common to see Pakistani brides wearing one with their hair down. For brides with a round or square face, this can really look much better than any type of updo!

Dupatta draping style

A lot of Pakistani brides choose to drape the dupatta this way, which works really well if the dupatta is super pretty!
