A Fairytale Intimate Coronial Wedding With All The Feels Of A Big One!

This one doesn't really look like an intimate Coronial wedding, but believe us when we tell you it is! Upasana and Lohash had their lavish Umaid Bhavan celebrations all planned out before COVID hit! But they managed to change their plans and scale down their celebrations to 3 days with only 50 people per function, and it looked like a hoot! The bride wore a gorgeous red monotone lehenga, and her bridal look by Jasmeet Kapany Hair and Makeup was flawless and beautiful. The decor was downright gorgeous, with florals stealing the show.

We have known each other for over a decade - met each other through common friends at a party but reconnected after we were both back in Delhi from our respective colleges.

From The Bride:
We always wanted an exclusive wedding but our idea of that was a 200-300 people wedding in Umaid bhawan but once the lockdown hit and the COVID situation started to get from bad to worse, we changed everything. We decided to go with a very small affair; 3 basic functions (a sit down dinner, mehendi and wedding), under 50 people at each function including the bride and groom, have most of the events at home and just have a super intimate wedding. And now that we have done it this way, we could not be happier. We all, friends and family, ended up bonding and partying together and it felt like the energy of 500 people. We obviously missed having some of our close friends and family be a part of the celebrations and wish they could have also been a part of the wedding but we had to stay careful in times like these for everyone’s well-being. This wedding reminded us all of how weddings used to and honestly, should be - it was an amazing weekend with so much fun and frolic and the whole affair was a fairy tale wedding for us.

Makeup Artist: Jasmeet Kampany
Jasmeet Kapany - she is amazing! She totally understood me as a person and let me personality shine through the make up. Ans Sakshi Sood and Gayatri Sharma helped with the smaller affairs and pre wedding shoot. Honestly all three women are brilliant and really dolled me up well.

100/100 for them, they are the best there is. They literally would pen down whatever each member of the family wanted at every meeting and turned all our dreams into reality. We had no stress just because we knew they were there. The planning plus the covid sanitisation and precautions - they took care of everything. They truly have become a part of the family and there is no one better than them.

They are the best there is - I really feel like the wedding was what it was thanks to the people helping out and Fotowalle are amazing. Again, they really took time to understand Lohash and I as a couple and then translated that into pictures. From our pre wedding shoot to all the other event pictures, they captured each moment so beautifully and again, they are like family! We all become to fond of each other in the short time that we knew each other and I feel that is so important- one needs to be comfortable ans familiar with people who are capturing your wedding and Parag ans Kanupriya are pros at that.
Bridal Outfits: Shantanu and Nikhil
They were not the most obvious choice for me at start but Nikhil created my two dream outfits. The gown as well as the tone on tone red lehenga was so beautiful and just want I would have imaged. He took so much time and interest in creating these outfits for me, given the person I am and what my general personal style is and I think he did a splendid job. No one else could have done this for me except Nikhil. He is superb and really thinks out of the box.
