What's even better is that the beautiful outfit has been designed by the bride's own label! "The mehendi has to be the most vibrant look for the bride and this idea made me choose the brightest colour for my lehenga (Orange) to contrast with the colour of the decor which was a beautiful Rani Pink. Since I was going for a Muslim look adorning a paasa and a Nath, it was important to balance the amount of embroidery and not making the lehenga look too bulky. I used a teal coloured thread to enhance the orange and gold look and used the most intricate hand embroidery techniques of dabka and dori along with French knots to make the lehenga look bridal yet subtle and clean."
