A Traditional Chandigarh Wedding With An Old School Love

A shy first look, a "where did time go" first meeting and a love that felt meant to be - Yashna & Tejbir's old school romance had us hooked. The couple knew they were "it" for each other and went through all ups & downs to cherish the day they both said their " I Do". They had a simple yet traditional Anand Karaj where Yashna wore a gorgeous pink ensemble and looked as lovely as ever. Their love, the madness of their celebrations and the sheer joy that the couple was experiencing was all captured expertly by the team of The Wedding Delight .
Meet Yashna & Tejbir
Tejbir and I met 4 years back at our workplace. It was definitely an ‘Office-romance’! The first time we saw each other, something clicked. For about 3 months, we didn’t even know each other’s name and just smiled at each other. We used to look out for each other amidst the crowd, just to share a smile. I figured he was one of the shy ones, and he remained a gentleman. Finally one day, we were at the same place at the same time. He being the shy one, just kept looking at me and I was just waiting for him to say something. At the very moment, some other man walked up to me and introduced himself. I just knew I had to tank that conversation and talk to Tejbir. I finally gathered the courage to say ‘Hi’, we talked for hours just standing at the same place. We instantly knew we had something special. Soon when we came to know each other, Tejbir relocated to Canada and we had our doubts if it’s gonna work in a long run. But it did!! We went through the tough times together being away and today we realise that it was worth the wait. We are living together in Canada now, and I moved here just after 10 days of our wedding.

I had 2 different makeup artists for 3 occasions. Mohita Nangia did my engagement makeup and gave me a modern chic look, which made me look confident and just myself. She is super sweet and amazing at the job she does. My wedding and reception makeup was done by Tripti malhotra. She was very accommodating. On my wedding day, she gave me the perfect Anandkaraj look with soft hues.
