Ever seen a yellow and litchie-hued kanjeevaram on a bride? Not us. But this Kannadiga bride carries it off with aplomb and grace and that unique smile of hers. Not just that, all her Kanchi pattu saris are testimonies of elegance - a green and blue concoction and a bright fire-engine red and gold. Her lehengas too are intricate and stunning - all in all, an interesting trousseau. The venues, Tamarind Tree and White Petals Palace Grounds provided the perfect spot for drama and you will love those men in Yashagana outfits who add charm. Photography and Videography by Minchu Studio took it up a notch and we're delighted!
Meet Anusha & Hemanth
"Five and a half years ago, we met each other at a New Years party in Chicago through mutual friends. I felt an instant connection with him, as though I knew him for years and felt very comfortable interacting with him. I was curious to get to know him and understand if there is such a thing called soul mates in real life and hence said yes to him when he asked me out on a date. Since then there is no turning back and have always held our relationship strong.
Although we are two different people, consider north and south pole, when put together, we attract each other like magnets. There is a unique bond or connection that has always existed between us at all times and is still driving us strong. Marriage has united us soul mates forever and ever," explains Anusha.
From The Bride:
The venue, Temple Tree is beautiful and has ample vintage charm to it which I loved the most. With bright florals/fabrics decor and mythological costumed men welcoming the groom and guests, it had everything I had dreamt of for the wedding. My jewelry was well-thought out too. I picked all temple jewelry to match with the wedding venue. Our Reception venue had grandeur, and we picked red and white as the theme decor to signify love and peace. Ralph, my makeup artist, brings magic to one’s natural appearance. He is truly an artist who knows exactly what a bride needs for her D-Day. My make up was on point, and I looked like my own self. I loved that. A Big shout-out to the entire team of Minchu Studio, our photographers who captured all the moments beautifully and crafted it into a wedding story of my dreams.
