Meet Aakanksha and Sohil
"We met 7 years ago on Facebook. Our sisters have been best friends since a very long time but Sohil and I had never met before. As strange as it may sound Facebook is the reason we are together. He was in Nagpur when he and I started speaking and we had a long distance relationship for 5 years. We have had long distance from Mumbai-Nagpur to Mumbai-Varanasi to New York- Mumbai. It has been a roller coaster ride but, we have enjoyed every bit of it," explains Aakanksha.
From The Bride-to-be:
"We kept the decor elegant at our Engagement. The entrance was my favourite with twigs, crystals, white orchids and purple lights - it was like a fairytale. The stages was decorated with the same props along with a yellow light. As you can see, around the ballroom were crystal light pieces to add a bit of glamour. The colour scheme was gold and purple and I wanted an elegant, minimalistic and sweet decor idea, something that everyone would remember for a long long time," adds Aakanksha.
