If you look at this wedding, you really wouldn't believe it happened in the middle of a bustling city like Mumbai! It was regal and royal, and oozed with glamour and elegance, all thanks to the gorgeous venue where it took place. Asra and Salman's wedding was at The St Regis Mumbai, a beautiful property that's stunning as it- every corner of the hotel seems to be perfect for wedding photography. We love the fact that it is one of those properties and doesn't need a lot more to make it look amazing for a wedding- one look at the photos and you'll agree!

To add to the glam quotient was the bride- an absolute stunner! Asra looked regal with her bridal picks, each prettier than the other. The photography by Movie'ing Moments was splendid, capturing the essence and the beauty of this wedding to perfection. We also loved the cute little ideas incorporated into the wedding, like a live painter- now isn't that something so memorable to create the perfect wedding souvenir?

From The Bride:
Our wedding to place on 29th October 2021 at St Regis Mumbai. My wedding would be described as a modern Indian wedding keeping the desi aesthetics in mind, I colour-coordinated with my husband-to-be for every single event, and my wedding has been the most beautiful thing that has happened to me.
The decor for the nikah (shaadi) had a very white wedding vibe and on the other hand my sangeet was all peacock blue inspired by Moroccan gazebo style decor.
I designed my wedding outfit myself! It was all white and I decided to fill my outfit with beautiful white stones and sequins- it weighed around 25kgs and also had a 5 meter long veil. For the Sangeet and Reception I wore Falguni and Shane- it was a beautiful peacock blue lehenga for the Sangeet and for my Reception I wore a silver and peach ostrich feather detail lehenga.

The St Regis Mumbai was a perfect wedding destination for me as I’m a city girl and getting married right in the middle of the city with its beautiful skyline was everything for me. The hotel took care of the smallest of our needs and it all was just beyond perfect.

Shraddha Luthra did my make up- she was a master at her job! The day we met to discuss all my looks she had envisioned my look and executed just how we planned. She was calm throughout even though I was anxious the whole time. She is just outstanding not only as an artist but also as a human being.
