Ashyin's dream wedding was everything she imagined it to be! A firm believer in true love and destiny, Ashyin and Anubhav's celebrations were truly a sight to behold. From the fun haldi to a bright pink mehendi, Ashyin's outfits were a total standout. However, it was her red bridal lehenga that looked absolutely stunning on her! Ashyin looked ethereal! From The Bride:
"I believe in magic and I believe in destiny It happens when you expect it the least" - this statement is nothing but the truth. Me and Anubhav were two souls too far from each other, living life king size and away from this thought of getting married. How destiny brought us together and how today we are here married with absolutely no fears and no regrets, no second thoughts and no jitters is magic to me. It’s strange how we met on Tinder and things became so beautiful in less than two months that we decided to get married. In our courtship after roka to the The D-day, unlike others, I proposed him on our first love anniversary, down on my knees, I swept him off his feet.
While the wedding was on our minds, I had the décor theme in my mind very clear and planned. Pastels and Whites. Fairy lights and Candles. Between all our chaos of managing wedding planning, we had our pre-wedding shoot planned on the hills, where Anubhav was born. On the top of the cliff, when he put a ring on it, I literally skipped my beat. It was the way I always wanted and had imagined to be. Our pre-wedding was very filmy, straight from Yash Raj productions. Lol. Orange saree, pahad and Sharukh khan. It was super fun.
Our decor
Coming to the décor part, I had imagined my wedding to be closed knit and minimalist décor to keep it classy. Haldi/ mehndi was yellow and blue, very rare combination, yes. But it looked very lively and fresh.
Cocktail was wine and candles. My vedi was all pastel flowers and pink. Dream catchers just nailed the look. And reception was my favorite, fairy lights all over the sky with white drapes.
My Outfits
While my décor was pastels, my outfits were a contrast. All bright and shiny. Except Haldi because we had planned holi, so I wore a white saree with silver jewelry.
Everyone was wearing light colored lenghas on the D day, and I always wanted to stick shades of red. Obviously, to stand out from the crowd. Because people wear light colours in day weddings, and this has become a trend.
I had never imagined that I could rock the Smokey eyes in the day but luckily, I aced it. It was a perfect blend.

Sakshi Malik was my makeup artist. All my make up looks were exactly how I had imagined myself. Thanks to this super talented woman.
Weddingrams was my photographer. This guy Divyam is so warm that he became a family towards the end of it. For all those who are looking for a wedding photographer who captures the best, please do consider him!

Raju Mehndi Wala was my mehendi artist. The mehendi was very intricate and he did a neat work.
We got all groom wear made from this super cool designer, Sameer Gandhi. He is so good that we chose all his outfits from him. Super helpful and warm guy. He knows his job really well.

Haldi- Neha and Kriti. She is a friend and wonderful designer for indo-western outfits.
Sangeet- Rianta. I loved how my outfit came out and exactly how I imagined. Thanks to her.
