Now here is a new trend we are not quite sure what we feel about. If you like some fantasy and adventure in your life or  if you're a busy bee and hate travel and all that work that goes into a pre-wedding shoot, then this one may be a great option. Hmmm, intrigued? Here's the low down on it and it's called Miniature Portraits and they're slick AF.

What exactly are Miniature Portraits?

This includes shrinking down the couple to miniature size portraits and offsetting that with some prop or the other which looks gigantic next to them.Vehicles, especially vintage ones seem to be a very common choice for that! But you could try just about anything, a hill, Mt.Everest, Taj Mahal...you name it, you can try it. This trend is also called  'Tiny Photography'.

How does it work?

This concept shooting the couple separately in the studio or outdoors, where the lighting is good and then using a Photo Editing Software to alter and combine the two major elements- the couple and the prominent object. The couples are usually seen doing some activity or the other, like cycling or playing with a water hose pipe!

Seems easy, but how easy does it get for the couple?

Yes, it's easy and this one doesn't require a shoot too. You can use any fun FB picture to work on post and recreate it into a neater shoot. Some of the pictures are cute, but we honestly have mixed feelings about this... but it is something different and eye-catching for sure! Plus, since this is a photo which is processed later, any of your pictures from the original Pre Wedding can be made to look like Miniature Portraits, so there's not much to lose anyway!

What do we feel about it?

We are on the fence on this one. It's unique and new but we aren't sure we would like to be miniaturised - after all pre-wedding shoots should be all about the couples and their emotions, yes? Comment below and tell us what you think.
