"I used a fashion rental service for my best friend's wedding and..."

I downloaded the app, found a beautiful red and gold gown with cutout detailing and placed an order somewhat nervously.  The rental price for my outfit was just 5000 Rs for 6 days, and I had to  pay a deposit amount of 6500 Rs which is fully refundable. Now,  I still had a backup, because you never know what goes wrong with online shopping you know? But I was pleasantly surprised when the team came over to my place to do a trial fitting for me. They adjusted the dress to my measurements (it was slightly loose at the hips and the arms) and then delivered it on the date I requested. Kudos to the efficient customer service which was always available to answer my query.

 

Co-incidentally, out of the outfits I had got made, this one got me the maximum amount of compliments. I'm glad I didn't use a backup outfit - this stole the show.  I am a stickler for good quality fabric because online shops have that tacky, net which just looks awful but this was nice rich raw silk!

After I wore it, Flyrobe sent someone over to collect the dress, my deposit was also returned to my account within 7 days once I sent them a reminder and overall I would definitely use this again.
