It would be a criminal offence to not visit Bridal Asia if you are a bride to be , but alright we get it- being a bride to be means being the busiest person in all of India next only to the Prime Minister. So if you did miss the three day fashion extravaganza at Ashoka hotel, fret not - we got you the lowdown ! Apart from the regular big names such as Tarun Tahiliani, Sabyasachi, Vikram Phadnis, Anita Dongre , there were also a slew of new age , fresh designers such as Madsam Tinzin, Peppermint Diva,  classics like  Nupur Kanoi, and Swati Ubroi and  interesting accessories and footwear by 5 Elements. Oooh and am still crushing over all those peppy bright colors at Indian by Manish Arora!

First Stop. Anita Dongre and her lovely Gota Patti creations ! You can trust Anita Dongre to make white look this gorgeous! That gown on the right- thats the one our red carpet bride Ruchira wore!

Okay move it people..make your way to the Tahiliani store. Lots of regal prettiness at Tarun Tahiliani , and lots of brides to be oohing and aahing over finding their dream wedding outfit

Okay, enough of the heavy Indian stuff -a few blocks away there is the Kamaali Couture stall where we overheard a mother daughter deciding on the peach gown on the right for her cocktail ."But beta isn't it too sexy for the bride?" says the mom. Lets leave them alone for a bit and head to some lighter outfits     Indigo Blue and peach- think we just found the inspiration for our next Color Crush. Hello Prettiness- that lehenga on the left is from Madsam Tinzin (Shahpur Jat) and costs around 75k if we are not mistaken. If you are still hunting for a cocktail outfit then the gown on the right is 'sheer' genius by Ridhi Mehra. It costs around 50K and is so edgy and chic! More colorful, cute creations by Madsam Tinzin   Leaving Madsam Tinzins and Ridhi Mehra's stall was hard, but  the colors at Peppermint Diva were beckoning us (picture on left). This hot pink and emerald green Bhumika Grover creation also had a lot of brides thinking it over . Feel a bit hungry now after all the shopping?? Okay lets take a break to grab a bite. Oh my god. Okay, lets delay that bite for a bit because we just entered Floral wonderland. All these anarkalis are from Eshaani Jayaswals collection- an upcoming designer we loved   More floral wonderlandness. It is definitely the trend of the season- on the left is Pallavi Jaikishan and the right lehenga is by Eshaani Jayaswal   Love Gota Patti? Then Swati Ubrois collection will leave you speechless . SO many gorgeous colors and there is one lehenga which has panels of rose pink and soft pink and intricate gold work all over which is AMAZING. No jokes-wish we had a photo of that. After a slew of designers, we spotted a familiar local store- Frontier Bazaar was displaying two signature lehengas . A Raspberry red with all over gold thread and zari work and an all white with a dark, burgundy blouse. Wow who wouldv thought we would have white lehengas trending soon?   Ooh...whats this? A cute little table center piece idea. Small iron bicycle with floral arrangements!

Love all of these by Pooja Rajpal Jaggi!

Love pink? Then the one stall you would have loved would have been Monisha Thahryamal ! Had seen some of her stuff at Pernia's Pop Up shop previously but a lot of really nice stuff on display too!   Rimple and Harpreets store had a lot of white and gold. That white lehenga on the left- kind of a masterpiece!   Designer we discovered- Jyoti Gill! Another designer using gota patti with some nice, light, outfits.   There was such a crazy amount of rush at the Sabya store, we feared if we take our camera out we would be murdered. So thats all we have from there !     5 elements puts together an interesting display of juttis, potlis, clutches and funky Indian jewelry! Isn't all that gorgeousness just too much to digest! Well, we at WedMeGood are still hungover, so while we recover, do send in your comments on all your favorites! :)   [handbook] Peppermint Diva, Ridhi Mehra, and Anita Dongre are all members of the WMG Handbook.
