Modern New York Nikaah With The Bride In A Glam Red Sabyasachi

BY Sakshi | 17 Jul, 2021 | 2804 views | 2 min read

Now here is a bride who really knocked her Nikaah look out of the park! Ujma got married to Shipu in Long Island, New York, and we love how the wedding was a modern Nikaah, with the wedding and the reception on the same day. Ujma looked gorgeous in her glam velvet Sabyasachi lehenga, and we love how she styled her whole look. Her groom complimented her in a royal sherwani, and we really liked the glam yet intimate vibe of this Nikaah.

Meet Ujma and Shipu

We met through Mutual Friends in my 1st semester of college. Shipu was in the Army at that time and he came to NYC to visit & friends family so during that time we linked up.

From The Bride:

I really wanted western style wedding so I had my Nikkah & reception done the same day.

My favourite moment at the wedding was our first dance for sure.
