One Bride Got Her Groom's Fave Football Club On Her Mehendi & We Think It's Cute!

BY Sakshi | 30 May, 2018 | 1817 views | 2 min read

We love how brides are experimenting and personalising their bridal mehendi, and this is one cute idea that's gonna hit closer to the groom's heart! Real Bride Rutuja went right ahead and got not an ode or a poem written for her groom on her mehendi, but instead got his favourite football club etched on it- super cute and innovative, right? And yes, it was a surprise for him!

Yup, the bride gave a twist to the traditional mehendi by getting a portrait design of a bride and groom on their jaimala, but added two cute twists to it- one was the wedding hashtag, and the other was the logo of her bae's favourite football club Chelsea! Rutuja and Karthik had a pretty Maharashtrian wedding in Pune.

From the Bride:

"About the Mehendi, my husband being a Chelsea FC fan, I decided to surprise him by getting the Chelsea logo designed into my mehendi. He was overwhelmed with joy, and so were all his friends. He shared this pic with a caption saying “Marry a girl who would do this for you!” He said that the design was the icing on the cake for the Mehendi function."
