With unique entries for each events, customized ensembles and a dancing happy bride - this wedding was an affair to remember. But it's Rhea's unconventional sartorial choice for her Haldi ceremony that won us over. It is so simple and yet it made a statement. Talking about her Haldi outfit, Rhea reveals, "I always wanted to wear something different and special for my haldi because it is my favourite function in any wedding. I saw Kareena Kapoor wear this saree saying Bebo and instantly got the idea of making the same customisation but not with our hashtag but something fun and meaningful. Everyone at the function just loved it and to make it even brighter & yellow-er, I gave the same chunnis and floral jewellery to all my bridesmaids.” Let's take a look at all her nuptial ceremonies.
Meet Rhea and Kushagr
Kushagr (Rats) and I (Meoww) started dating in 2012 - our very own adaptation of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na as we are both Bollywood buffs. The first time we saw each other was when our teacher pushed me onto him - our very own Bollywood entrance. Like all other teenagers, we exchanged BBM pins and started texting and talking. At the time, we were kids addicted to our phones not knowing that just talking and texting all night one day would lead to this. We had a lot of ups and downs and we also did long distance for 3 years but the bottom line for us has always been - THIS IS IT. No matter what, we were going to make this work because we always knew we are soulmates. And here we are, 10 years later - still teasing each other, annoying each other and loving each other more and more with every passing day - only with 2 rings and 2 families involved. And we would not have it any other way.

We got married on 21st February, 2022. Our wedding week was as crazy as it could get! Mehendi and Cocktail ceremonies were all about drunk dancing and expressing love to my family and friends. I always wanted my wedding to be exactly how it turned out to be!
