Satlada haars hold a vintage charm and are in trend these days. We have seen so many brides flaunt the Satlada Haar with their bridal lehenga and have even seen brides opt for it as a mehendi accessory! However, if you think that it looks good only with a lehenga, you are wrong. Brides down South have also been experimenting with a Satlada and it looks equally gorgeous. Here are some real brides we spotted wearing a Satlada haar with their gorgeous Kanjeevarams.

The Satlada that has been popular in the North has found its way into the south and the brides are totally owning this in their own style.

The Satlada originally was made by the Nizams, guess that explains the pearls! It is said to have 456 pearls and seven layers (obviousy “sat”lada) and embellished with rubies, emeralds. The trend of the Satlada picked up again in 2017/2018 and is ruling the wedding scene. While we see brides wear the Satlada with their bridal lehenga we have wondered how it would look on a Kanjeevaram saree, and the only answer we can give you is perfect!!

You can customize the Satlada haar to include jewel stones based on your Kanjeevaram color. However rubies and emeralds are something that works with most Muhurtham sarees. The Satlada haar gives an air of opulence at the same time is light. In fact the intimate wedding scene is only going to make the Satlada fad crazier cuz it makes it so easy for the bride to look regal.

You wanna enhance your jewelry game? Pair up the Satlada haar with a heavy choker. You are sorted.

For all you sisters of the bride, this is a perfect and easy way to add more drama to your look.

If you feel that the Satlada is too long or your choker game is equally strong, yet you wanna try the Satlada haar Kanjeevaram combo, go for a Panchlada haar or a five string haar which looks just like the Satlada but has lesser strings.

In fact a Panchlada haar is a great choice even for wedding guests and the cousins squad.

So try this combo and freeze it for your muhurtham look!!
