There's a soft corner we have for Indian brides in ivory- so Anusha, in her gorgeous ivory and gold lehenga definitely stole our heart. This duo is no stranger to weddings - Anusha runs an invites and decor company called Invitations by Its an Affair nd her husband runs a decor company called Jam Design . No wonder then , that these guys put all their experience to use on their special day . Specially when photographed against the rocky sands of Muscat by Stories by Joseph Radhik - this one paints the prettiest picture on a Wednesday morning.

From The Bride:
"From the beginning, what we had in mind was to pick a venue that would be different from the rest. So it would be a new destination and experience for everyone. Muscat was our first and last choice.The first visit to Shangri la Barr Al Jissah in Muscat blew us away. I didn't see myself getting married in any other place. It is one of the most beautiful properties we have ever seen. They have so many different beautiful locations to host outdoors and all the rooms came with a stunning view. In one hotel, we got the best of everything. It was a beach wedding with a royal middle eastern vibe.I feel like our venue was the highlight of our wedding. I cant think of a better place for us to get married. It was the most perfect setting.
We had a 2-day wedding celebration. With the Mehendi & Sangeet on the first day, followed by the wedding and reception on the second day," says Anusha.
"Our entire wedding, from the invite to the decor was inspired by arabic architecture. My husband is in the decor business. We designed our mandap and got a whole lot of decor made in Mumbai. We've always wanted to hire Devika for her amazing attention to detail and it worked great for us.
The wedding ceremony was held at the Turtle beach, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful spots in the world. I think one of the best decisions I made was to book Amrita Sanghvi for my hair & make up. She made getting ready so easy! The best vendor, hands down throughout our year long planning process was the team at Shangri la Barr al Jissah. They fulfilled my every demand and their service was impeccable," says Anusha.
