Stunning South Indian Wedding From Bangalore With A Mesmerising Bride!

It's one of our favorite venues in Bangalore, Tamarind Tree is stunning in every way with stepwells, pretty tiled roofs and a little waterbody by the mandap. And this pretty wedding with two NRIs was the toast of the town with gorgeous kanjeevarams, pretty temple jewelry and a beautiful jhada that's so insta-worthy. Photography by 1plus1 Studio made sure all the candid elements of the wedding are captured and we love each frame!
Meet Gomati & Sirikishan
"Siri and I met in Washington DC where we were set up by mutual friends who invited both of us to the same party. Siri and I did not have high expectations going into it but we hit it off as soon as we met! Even though we grew up in different parts of the world we realized that we had a lot in common (Siri was born and raised in the US while I am from the Caribbean and lived in Bangalore for a few years as well). We got dinner together a few days after the party and the rest is history! We dated for almost 2 years and even did long distance for a year after Siri moved to New York. Siri proposed in Central Park in New York and we decided to get married in Bangalore shortly after! Both of us love Bangalore and we could not picture getting married anywhere else!" explains Gomati.

Manvi, our photographer from 1plus1 Studio was an absolute pleasure to work with! We were planning our wedding remotely from New York and she was so helpful and always responsive to our questions. When we arrived in India a few weeks before the wedding we met up with her and went through all the details for the wedding day. I am quite detail-oriented and it was really helpful to have her advice on the itinerary for the wedding day (thanks to her advice we were able to plan the day perfectly and make sure we had time for some amazing photographs)! On the actual wedding day, Manvi was a complete professional and really put us at ease - we felt like we had a friend around!
For the love of makeup by Pragna (Makeup Artist) is absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend her enough! I booked her almost a year in advance of our wedding because I was so impressed by her work. We met up for a hair and makeup trial a few weeks before the wedding and she was completely open to trying different styles of hair and makeup till we got the perfect looks. I spent quite a bit of time with Pragna before all the wedding events and at the end of the wedding, I felt like we were great friends! She is a complete professional and her makeup is flawless. I was late for some of the wedding events and I heard absolutely no complaints from Pragna. Instead, she did everything she could to help my family and me throughout the wedding! I highly recommend Pragna to all the brides out there!
Frame Roots (Videography), Jagger and his team did a great job with videography services for our wedding! They were so friendly and really worked with us to make sure that we got all the shots that we needed the day of the wedding. Their work speaks for itself and our video turned out to be amazing (all our friends and family can’t stop raving about the video)! Jagger is also quite responsive and coordinated with us remotely from New York which was very helpful. I have already recommended Jagger to some of my friends for his team’s amazing videography services!
Crimson and Cherry's Niveditha and her team were so great to work with! We planned our wedding in Bangalore while living in New York which was a bit stressful but Niveditha and her team were able to work with us every step of the way to make our vision for the wedding come to life. Niveditha also helped my family with recommendations for vendors leading up to the wedding which was very helpful. Once I arrived in Bangalore, I spent quite a bit of time with Niveditha and her team and was put completely at ease on the wedding day because I knew that her team would handle everything!
Mr.Satyanaryana and Mr.Zabi were recommended to us by Tamarind Tree and I was so blown away by their creativity! The venue looked amazing on our wedding day and looked exactly like we wanted it to. I coordinated with both of them quite a bit leading up to the wedding and they were both very friendly and easy to work with.
