Looks like ivory and gold has made for monotone ivory!
Alia Bhatt boosted the trend of brides wearing ivory and gold for their wedding day, and now it looks like all-white monotone bridal lehengas are the new trend. A lot of brides are picking it these days, and here is a bride who embraced it beautifully. If we weren't wowed enough by Alanna Pandey's Mehendi look, she really really impressed us with her bridal look on her wedding day!
Alanna wore a dreamy white Chikankari lehenga by Manish Malhotra for her big day, and she looked ethereal- a literal vision in white! It was the perfect choice for her cross-culture wedding with beau Ivor, something like a cross between a traditional lehenga and a white wedding gown.
Alanna's was an ivory handcrafted threadwork lehenga, embellished with subtle pearls, bugle beads and crystals. Her look was complimented by a romantic veil featuring scallops and his signature petal edging finish. Her mehendi, kaleere, jewellery- everything was minimal and beautiful.
Oh, and wait till you see her bridal entry! It was breathtaking!
The colour palette was simple and dreamy, and we loved the oversized mogra jaimalas in white that complemented the couple's outfits so well.
The wedding was an intimate yet beautiful one, with a lot of known faces in attendance, primarily the whole Pandey clan.
