Aloha ladies. Over the past few years, WedMeGood has grown to become every brides little black book- her BFF of sorts for all wedding planning woes. While we love what we do, we are getting to a point where we are overwhelmed with the number of brides who call/ write / contact us every day for help on their wedding. Essentially, what they need is a sidekick who can be their wedding planning BFF. Hence, we are recruiting for the position of 'Professional Bridesmaids' across Delhi & Mumbai.

Job Description

The 'professional bridesmaids' job is unique position where you act as 'bff's' to a bride assigned to you. Every professional bridesmaid will have a maximum of 15-30 brides to assist during a given month. The job description is as follows:

• Advise brides to be on their queries and assist them while using the WedMeGood app
• Act as style consultants to brides and tell brides when they are looking plump in certain outfits
• Think of sangeet songs and co-ordinate dance practices
• If requested, handle brides snapchat and social media accounts during the time she is at the wedding and upload stuff like "Yay I'm married" when you know she wont be able to
• Advise brides on relevant vendors to hire from WedMeGood based on their budget and style
• Stay calm when brides are turning into bride-zillas and calm them down with soothing words and songs
• Come up with unique ideas to steal the grooms shoes and any other such requests brides may have
• When brides throw drama-tantrums, play the song 'Drama Queen' from Queen to help them laugh & de-stress
• Have a bottle of wine ready at all times for the bride
• Give advice on how to handle mothers in law
• Ensure everyone who comes near the bride a few days before wedding day has their hands sanitised. You don't want her breaking out in pimples.
• Swap out her chocolates and replace them with nuts.
• Be a friend, a guide and a confidant to brides in stress.
• Give ideas on bridal entries and help coordinate the same.
• Do essential tasks like help her pee in her lehenga

Skills Needed

We are looking for young, committed graduates and post graduates with good communication skills, a passion for the wedding industry and an ability to keep calm under pressure. Candidates with prior event experience will be a added bonus however that is not a pre-requisite.

Compensation

• Yearly CTC of 7 lakh per annum. Variable component included based on brides feedback.
