Blush pink and gold- these two colors come together in such a dreamy combination, that even the content team is at a loss of words! Meet Isha & Shil
"I met Shil five years ago when I moved to the United States to start my residency. We both soon became friends and this bond of friendship strengthened over the years. It was not until the last year of residency when we were moving away for work that we took a step forwards towards each other. We both hesitated to share our feelings but eventually, we read each other's eyes and started dating. Last year on my birthday, Shil repeated the events of our first date and took me to the same restaurant for breakfast. He has brought me a Swarovski rose crystal reminding me of the movie “Beauty and the beast” which we watched that day. But with a ring inside it. Then he went down on his knee, and popped the question and obviously, I said 'Yes'", shares Isha

"I always wanted my whole family to be a part of my wedding. Shil was born and brought up in the United States but his roots are from Gujarat, India. So we both decided to get married near my hometown in Amritsar, Punjab. We both love nature and pastel colors so we decided to do our wedding outdoor in January when it is neither too cold nor too hot. Our wedding was a very close-knit family affair. His family got together from England, States, and India for our wedding. We loved their Gujarati ceremonies and they were amused with our ceremonies too. In fact, Shil looked like a Punjabi groom our wedding day. It was beautiful, exactly the way I had envisioned," shares Isha.
Bikram J Singh Photography- The whole team was so great, honest and sincere. My sister had seen good reviews on the site and hired them. I have never seen such hard working team before. They worked upto our expectations.
Makeup By Suman Suruchi Chandni- Suruchi did my Bridal and Reception look. Bridal look was exactly as I had envisioned matching our wedding theme and dress. For the reception, we tried smoky eyes and sindoor look which was amazing.
Ram Bridal Mehandi Artist- The designs are just beautiful as you can see in the pictures.
Wedding day sherwani by Manish Malhotra- The whole team of MM was very helpful. They helped us find the perfect sherwani to match my dress. The team was very cooperative especially Kunal. They even gave us pocket squared in multiple shades of pink to coordinate our dresses.
Sangeet Jacket, Wedding safa and Stole by Anita Dongre- The hand embroidered jackets are just beautiful.
My wedding lehenga was by Sabyasachi Mukherjee- We had great experience working with the team of Sabyasachi Delhi. Pink has always been my favorite and I found the perfect lehenga in pink from their collection. Leena was very patient and helped me try and decide on different lehengas to select my final dress. Pooja Saree: The yellow saree from their collection was perfect for our pooja functions and matched my husband's clothes :)
Sangeet Dress from Prevasu, Hauz Khaz- Amazing team of daughters and mother. They not only designed my sangeet dress but also my sister's dress on the wedding and my moms dress on reception. They were truly amazing.
Abhinav Mishra Reception Lehenga- Although it is heavy in weight but I love mirror work. Abhinav Mishra was so helpful. He customized the lehenga for me so that weight is less and not too overwhelming during the reception.
Amrapali Jewels- The jewelry just completed my look as I had envisioned. They have great options and high-quality stones and diamonds."
