We hired them for our big day, expecting professionalism and beautiful memories captured. What we got was the complete opposite. Communication was a nightmare from the start — emails and messages went unanswered for days, sometimes even weeks. We had to follow up constantly just to get basic confirmations and updates. On the actual wedding day, they were completely unprepared. There was no clear plan, no effort to coordinate with us or the venue, and they didn’t seem interested in capturing key moments. It felt like we were just another job they wanted to rush through. When we finally received the photos (which arrived much later than promised), we were shocked. The quality was far below what they showcased in their portfolio. Poor lighting, awkward angles, and missed moments — some of the most important parts of the ceremony and reception weren’t even photographed. We honestly could have handed a friend an iPhone and gotten better results. We still haven't received the deliverables as promised... Final video & printed albums.... It's been almost 6 months now before I lost my patience. This company lacks professionalism, responsiveness, and the talent they claim to have. Save yourself the heartache and find someone who actually cares about your wedding day.

I contacted them for my roka, and pretty much finalized them. I asked them for a different payment schedule, to which the team was supposed to to come back. This was less than a weekbefore my roka. The person I was coordinating with, ignored my calls and messages all day. I had trusted them without any referrals and I had thought they have canned to come for my roka. So I put a review here. Within half an hour of doing that, that same lady who was ignoring me, called me to be angry about the review. Apparently she has a family emergency. I understand and immediately did everything to remove the review. I wasn’t able to do that so I wrote to the wed me good team. But I wanted to get that review out on priority and found a way to edit it, and so put in a good review instead. Thats why you will find another review form me on this page which is a short good one. Post that I asked if they want to work together, and they refused. We started our process all over to look for a photographer. But cause we liked their work, my partner by mistake happened to reach out to them again on instagram. But when he and I spoke he immediately clarified and informed them that it’s us. Their partner asked he could get on a call with my partner. Now you would assume that maybe they wanted to to clear the air and get back to working again. But guess what- he called to get an apology from my partner and to rant to him. He clearly said after all this we can’t work together. Okay, but then why did you want to jump on a call and waste our time? The company partners ignored the messages when we were to finalize them, suddenly got available half an hour into me putting a review, and then they wanted to jump on a call to rant and seek an apology with no intentions of working together. It dint matter to them that someone trusted them with one of their important life events, and they chose to back out last minute due to a misunderstanding. We found someone else a much better company that did great work, but ya this was my experience with 7th sky.

These guys are good during the shoot, punctual and cooperative. But once the wedding is over, it is very hard to get in touch with them and get the pictures and videos. I received my edited pictures after 6 months and it has been 1 year of my wedding and I have STILL not received the final videos. All payment has already been made. Coordinating with them has caused us too much mental stress… We are not asking for anything extra, just asking for the deliverables that were promised. They keep saying they will give it, but they don’t.

Vishal and the team did an amazing job at our wedding. Initially, we were a bit skeptical about the shoot and everything, however, post looking at the pictures, we think it was one of our best decisions ... and we certainly recommend the team :) The thing that stands out the most is their flexibility with everything - the team had to make a lot of to and fros between the wedding location and the salon, and they did it. :) Also, they made the shoot quite comfortable and fun even with loads of jewellery and everything. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Professional, efficient, friendly and, most importantly, took the most fabulous photographs .
