They were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They were super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. Anupam and Vedika were and are so sweet, down to earth and personable!

April 2021 me and my fiancee got married in Hyatt Regency , Kolkata with less then 35 guests keeping all the pandemic protocols in place . It was a last moment change of plans as our wedding was suppose to happen in lucknow and one week before the D Day due to night curfew in UP we had to shift the entire event to kolkata . We were referred to Vedika of Acoustic Event planners and the whole task of conducting a one day wedding affair in one week time felt doable and possible . We are thankful to Vedika and her team for helping us experience a simple yet classy event even in the face of the pandemic . Our main ask was to ensure a tasteful and elegant 'phera mandap' with fresh rajnigandha drops and to keep a combination of indoor and outdoor feel in Hyatt Regency , Gucchhi banquet . We were particularly happy with the decorations as it were as per our vision & discussions. Vedika kept us in loop about any last moment changes or concerns and kept the line of communication open. The acoustic singer idea and the dhol addition was also appreciated .Although there were minor glitches and last moment execution delays but we are very thankful that our wedding day was executed by Vedika and her team as they truly helped us execute our dream of a classy intimate wedding come true with beautiful fragrance of rajanigandha flowers , great ambience thanks to the dhol wallas and the acoustic singer who kept the party alive till the end.

VEDIKA AND ANUPAM WERE A JOY TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROMPT, UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMERS' NEEDS AND EXECUTE THE EVENT QUITE FLAWLESSLY. WE SOUGHT THEIR SERVICES FOR A SMALL BABY SHOWER EVENT (LESS THAN 50 PAX) AND THEY HELPED US COVER THE FOLLOWING.... ~VENUE RENTAL ~VENUE DECOR ~CATERING (VEGETARIAN) ~ANCHOR/ MC ~INSTANT PHOTOGRAPHY I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO WAKE UP STRESS FREE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. THANK YOU TEAM ACOUSTIC FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!
