Her team's and her attitude towards their customers is rude and cheap. They make their customers feel very small. The guy working in their store should not be working in a customer facing business. He was the cheapest guy we have ever faced.He insults women.She decline's the calls and doesn't answer the calls. She doesn't even respond back if not immediately or later. We have made a big purchase from her for a family wedding and she has delivered a poor quality dress. She also defends her customer service when questioned. While purchasing she was putting up a 'professional act' then she doesn't respond your queries nor she will deliver the product as promised. I would not like to give her even 1star. I am born n bought up in Hyderabad but i have never seen anyone this worst behaved team and designer( she should not call hersel a designer).

The designs are good but very bad customer service and the designers husband is very rude and doesn't respect women...very bad customer service

I recently bought my mehendi outfit from Sravani’s. Best place to go for traditional outfits with reasonable pricing. Good customer care and a great experience . Very much impressed with their work. Looking forward to wear more outfits from the label.
