Team Shutterup Photography & Films did an incredible job with the wedding pictures and videos and we would not hesitate to recommend them to any one. My husband and I were initially very worried about our wedding photos and how they'd turn out as we are both not the most comfortable in front of a camera until we met Chetan & his awesome team. They made us so comfortable and were just perfect. Always the first ones to arrive for each function and stayed untill the very end, they made sure all the raw pictures and some beautifully edited ones were shared with us within the timeline after our wedding. I want to warn you all about the fraudulent actions of Chetan, who has scammed not only me but many other people as well. He takes advance payments for his services but never delivers the expected work, and worse still, he never refunds any money even after persistent follow-ups. Do not trust this guy under any circumstances. He uses medical excuses as a cover for his inability to fulfill his obligations, which is unacceptable. In light of his reprehensible behavior, I am pursuing legal action against him and reporting him to the police. Please be aware of Chetan's actions and never do any business with him.

One of my worst experience. I have never seen such unprofessional people. It’s been almost a month and we are still waiting for our raw pictures. We even asked to share a minimal photos for our visa application and they still don’t care. All they keep saying is we will send it in 15 mins but it’s been over 3.5 weeks. Writing this review to alert other couples about the service we received. He got no work ethics and is very unprofessional. Wedding was on Feb 6th, 2022 and we have not received the promised outputs till date (Dec 5, 2022). Has killed our buzz about the pictures and memories we should be sharing with our friends and family post wedding. We took so many follow ups but he keeps delaying the work. Have not received the wedding album and videos yet. Fake promises are provided despite of our several reminders and payment on time when asked for, still Zero commitment towards clients. I doubt if he has enough staff to finish the amount of work he is taking on. We went to this person based on online reviews, I'm so frustrated and had to write here so that other couples don't fall for this cheat. I wish we had gone with some local photographer, would have received satisfaction of not wasting money as I have paid him a good amount and not pennies.

He takes pictures on your wedding day and then he never gives back the picture and then keeps on postponing the date. He asks 90% in advance and hires third party for his shoot. He doesn’t have his set of camera men. This guy Chetan literally pesters you before you sign them up. after the event they LIE everyday for the deliverables to be shared. the team is not efficient. everyday I get reasons like light nahi hai, editor bimar hai, editor kaam pe laga hai hai. and these reasons are coming in from 1month!!!! i am struggling to get reels, video, edited pics, drone photos of the most important event of my life, because of the unprofessional team i made a mistake by believing the reviews (not sure if these are authentic reviews) but donot get fooled.

Alert:- STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. We booked him for our wedding which happened on 26th December 2021. It’s been more than 4 months, we still haven’t got a single edited picture, any reel or highlight or teaser as per the contract. The traditional videos he made were extremely raw without any editing and lacked any professionalism. We gave our changes for the traditional video a month ago, still haven’t got it corrected. The photos we selected for the albums were randomly arranged in the PDF made, when we asked him to make changes regarding brightness or blurring the background or rearrangement… nothing was done for more than a month. He sent us the PDF again much later saying that required changes were made, but nothing was still done. He is extremely unprofessional and do not waste your money on him because he is definitely disappointing. He doesn’t have any fix team to work on the assignment, he just hires freelancers based on the order. They are always late for the event to cover. Complete lack of professionalism and work ethics. He won’t ever try to help out or figure out the solution, will try to throw everything on your head instead, may it be song selection for videos or getting couple of photos printed required for registration. We booked him for both bride and groom’s side. All he ever does is ‘divide and conquer’ between the two parties when he fails to deliver the work. Doesn’t know how to work with any outstation or international clients, will ask for drive links from clients to send them photos and videos. Won’t even check videos or photos before forwarding it to client and won’t listen to any feedback. He will keep on giving lame excuses every time you ask for an update. Also, I have attached the screenshot of chats with him. He has not given anything till date. It’s 20/05/2022 today. Six months since the wedding.

I saw the review and Pictures quality from wedmegood and booked this photographers for my big day and i am regretting i have booked this unprofessional photographers. 1st on my function they arrived 4 hours late and then said sorry for being late in which mehndi ceremony was already done but photographer didnt shoot anything because of late arrival 2nd on my wedding entry with bride photographers was missing from the venue. Everyone was taking pictures from mobile then i got angry and called the photographes where are you meri shaadi ki fotos khichni hai. Then they came to us. We have booked the photographer from both side bride and groom. 3rd there was a ladies milni (ladies maala ceremony) at 4pm and the photographers was again missing at the venue and that time tried to call them but the phone was unreachable. So we have to click the pictures from the mobile. 4th after the vidaai we have to go to our home and there was some rasam in our home in which photographer didnt come with us and when told you have to capture the moment. They said we will not come we dont click pictures after vidhaai from the venue. Thats how rude they are and we again clicked the pictures from mobiles. 5th now its been almost 2months i have neither received the edited pictures nor video. Whenever i contact the shutterup photographer person "Chetan" he says pc kharab hogya 2-3 din me sab milega. Fir editing k liye diya hai usko covid hogya ab 2-3 din me dedunga. He promised me to give the edited pictures on 17th December but till now I havent received the pictures and still its going on. Guys please read my honest review before proceeding with any kind of booking with Shutterup fotographi(Chetan & Team) from Baroda. Prior to booking you get multiple calls from the owner Chetan. You get all big big deliverables list and all big big fake promises from the owner Chetan- Shutterup fotographi. Owner will ask you to make 95% payment in advance or once the wedding is over. Once the payment is done then you won’t get anything in return. Our wedding was on 21st November 2021 and till date we haven’t received a single picture. Chetan the owner himself will tell “kal bhejta hu sir”. I will be attaching my WhatsApp chat history as a proof. Please don’t book this team. Big fraud. I will make sure this guy and his team gets a befitting review from my friends and family. Now I want refund and a peace of mind.

It has been an amazing and joyful experience working with Mr. Chetan. He did my proposal shoot in an Art Station in Mumbai. It was a very different type of shoot which dint really have much Reff pics , all o had was a virtual thing in mind which I had to explain Mr. Chetan. I’m editing my review after 4 months because of Chetan’s unprofessional attitude. I got married in July and Chetan handed over the deliverables. However there was a huge watermark in one of the photographs and he had the same photo twice on the same page. When asked to get that changed, he said he’ll get those to us within two weeks. It’s November now and I’ve been following up with Chetan non-stop but to no success. He says everyday that he is busy with shoots and seems to never be in Vadodara to work on our album. Every day is a struggle with him and he only seems interested in getting more and more clients and make money. Plus even before the wedding he reached out multiple times to ask for money for equipment and out of trust, we paid his entire amount. Steer clear from this one, everyone!

can without any doubt say that selecting chetan Patel as my wedding photographer was one of the best decisions! He is very genuine and sweet. He enjoyed our wedding as much as all our relatives and friends and was smiling throughout the function. He is one of those people who genuinely enjoy doing their work. I would like to share one incident. In marathi weddings there is a aashika which bride has to perform before the wedding and once she starts the bride can't get up till the time when she has to enter the hall. Our panditji is pretty adamant about these things. But Chetan patel even managed to convince panditji to let me off the hook for 15 mins for the couple photography!! I am really grateful for that😇. I would say that you can choose chetan and his team with your eyes closed. They are that good ! Special Thanks to his team 😊
