They made my wedding shopping journey so easy and smooth. I bought few of my wedding outfits from here and I'm so very satisfied with the quality of cloth,their work and customer service. They have an amazing collection. Loved everything they had on display!

0.5 because there is no option to give a 0. They are frauds. They will deliver a product that is not satisfactory, then after putting sending it back for refund they will very conveniently keep the product and not refund the money. I have ordered from a lot of websites and trust me this brand (actually its not even a brand yet) is the most horrible business i have dealt with. I have never in my life seen such unprofessional and dishonest group of people running a business. Don’t order from these guys. You will regret it. Yes

Lousiest operations and customer service!! I would have given them a '0', if that was possible. Its has been over 1.5 months since I cancelled an order, because the delivery was taking too long (oh I cancelled the order after they failed to process it/ initiate delivery, even aftr a week of placing it and were unable to give any outlook of when it'll be done). I have been following up for a refund ever since!!!! Have heard all sorts of responses like technical error, finance team oversight, a link has been sent already etc etc. I still havent received the refund- it has been 50 days since I cancelled my order. The last mail from the team was only thanking me for my patience, without giving any ETA on the refund. Stay as far from this site as you can!!!!!!!! Save your money, save your time

The fabric is good. But the size of the product isn't right. And, they don't give an option to exchange twice so be careful.

They make shopping so easier for the bride. Their management is super nice and courteous. They have a phenomenal collection of bridal wear and also other casual and semi casual wear. Loved shopping from here for my wedding.

Pathetic.... I ordered a cargo.... But the material which was described in the product detail is way different from what I get.... It's like cheap cotton... Also the colour is totally different.. I ordered brown colour but got grey colour that is too without belt... I suggest everyone not spend a single penny on their products.

I ordered their olive maxi shirt last year..they sent it twenty days later and the finishing,the material everything was pathetic but for that price I thought I should let it be and probably encourage homegrown brands..I re ordered a dress from them which I saw on an influencer..they again took their own sweet time to let me know about its shipping details..of course the informed me only when I mailed them not other wise..I lost my cool as to why wasn't I being updated of the delay as I needed the outfit for an occasion so one of their team member with no regret and all their ego says just cancel the order.. which I did and asked them to refund the amount ASAP..now the amount is small but the fact that I have to mail them every three days is annoying..it's been almost 20 days and all I am told is in two three days they will be refund.. Basically Alayabystage3 team is one of the most unprofessional team I have ever come across..they think replying to emails is what is just enough for the brand to be professional and responsible
