This was one of my worst experiences shopping at this site and vendor. The owner Sushant is not responsive and doesn’t provide the correct tracking information action for the items ordered. I placed an order more than 2 months ago and I have been chasing him for more info and I still do not have any update. He has my money still and keeps giving me wrong information. I will NEVER buy from this website again! I would also recommend that others don't either as it is a stressful experience! Delivery took 3 weeks and that was with me chasing them constantly. The contact wouldn't speak to me (cut me calls) and would only communicate via WhatsApp. My delivery finally arrived and the design of the jutti is different to what I ordered! My advice, stick to places like Needledust as you get what you see on the website & delivery is quick. Jutti Choo is just Mickey Mouse and the owners do not know how to run a business! I wish had seen the reviews below before ordered. I would have saved myself a lot of hassle chasing my order. I'm not happy with the jutti's I have received but I guess it has taught me not to order from websites that are not credible.

Complete fake website. Lately placed an order above 15000 for abroad delivery. As mentioned in their website. But they didn't even answer phone calls after few days. Owner Sushant Sood has a bad reputation among the workers , when I locally investigated. Some political goon are in his pocket in that area , so legally (or illegaly ) he has good connection. I strongly suggest not to order from this fake

The worst fuking company don't order from them placed an order on the 30th of Dec...!! Will not send me a tracking number will not give me n update for the last 2 weeks all I keep getting for a response is I'll check ma'am I'll check wait.... my wedding is in 2 weeks and I have nothing!!!
