I ordered a necklace from Anayah Jewellery for my wedding, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. The item arrived faulty, with a missing stone and visible discolouration on the chain. Given the cost and how it was advertised, I expected far better quality and care. After contacting customer service, I was told to search the box for the missing stone (as if I could simply glue it back in for my wedding!) and to return the faulty item at my own cost, even after paying £100 in import and handling fees just to receive it. Only after repeated emails did they finally arrange a collection — but with less than 24 hours’ notice and an inconvenient 3-hour waiting window, assuming I was available to sit at home and wait. They also assumed I had kept all the packaging materials and would spend more time and money repacking the item to their standards. Despite clear photographic evidence of the damage, they refused to process a refund until the item was returned and inspected — effectively implying dishonesty on my part. This entire process has been stressful, time-consuming, and insulting. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment from a company, especially when dealing with something as personal and meaningful as wedding jewellery. While I am still pursuing a refund, I feel it’s important to warn others: think carefully before ordering from Anayah Jewellery. The product quality, communication, and customer care have been deeply disappointing, and I would never purchase from them again.

Absolutely horrendously experience, sent broken items and proceeded to shift the blame on me. Horrible customer service. Do NOT waste your money, they'll scam you out of anything they can.

I recently brought those gorgeous green earrings. At first , I was skeptical how it would look when I wear those earrings. To my surprise, the earrings were bigger than shown in pic ( website ) plus the quality was top notch. I’m so in love with those beauties. I would definitely purchase their stone collections again as they look fab. Thank you team once again for the super fast shipping ( to Australia ) and in addition very good packaging. All brides beware. Very very poor quality jewelry and even poorer customer service. Their jewelry looks okay if you are a wedding guest but for your wedding or reception set, I would caution you to buy from this place. I bought my wedding day set from them. Prior to purchasing I asked if they could customize to match my outfit. After responding yes, first off the customization were messed up several times prior to dispatch. For each correction ( for mistakes they made) I was asked to PayPal more and more money to them. Finally, I recieved my set. It looked fine at first glance so I set it aside for my big day. The week before my wedding I had my make up hair trial, and pulled out the set . To my absolute horror, the necklace literally fell apart before my eyes. The wiring was aweful and cheaply put together. I freaked out the week before the wedding and reached out to them via what’s app and their responses were even more unnerving . They never offered a refund , even tried to insinuate that it was my fault. After much back and forth and no resolution on their end, I filed a charge with my credit card company . Upon which their company got even uglier and started sending my terrible emails. They bullied and demanded I return the items . I said I would happily return if they provided a shipping label and they of course refused to send one.

Very poor quality. Bought earrings and on first wear the back of the studs started to bend. These are now difficult to wear.

It was extremely easy dealing with Nilofar - Anayah Jewellery. Like any bride I was extremely stressed about not being able to find a matching set for my reception look. I spent most days wondering around in stores here in New Zealand trying to find the perfect matching set for my outfit. My sister actually tagged me on their Instagram page. It was love at first sight with the set I purchased. I didn’t want to care about the price or how long it would take for me to have it - all I wanted was the set. I got in touch with Nilofar and from there I can honestly say that she was the only person I found dealing with a breeze. She assured me it would be urgently posted out and to my surprise I received my purchased in a few days. I can happily say my purchase was the best part of my entire wedding shopping!! Still love it everytime I look at it.

I had the best experience working with Nilofar in getting the perfect jewels for a family wedding. She was not only professional, but extremely nice and helpful. Really enjoyed the unique designs and quality of jewels. Received many compliments! Will definitely be using Anayah Jewellery next time!
