Unreliable service and delayed refund:I ordered a suit in a specific colour for a wedding theme. Instead of informing me the colour was unavailable, AndaazFashion sent a completely different colour without any notice and then tried to persuade me to keep it. After several emails, they agreed to accept a return. However, the refund was delayed for over three weeks, and I eventually had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider to recover my money. As a result, I was left without the suit and without the money for the occasion. This experience shows poor communication and lack of responsibility. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
