I was very nervous about the photo and video teams as they create the memories that one can look at even after years and one gets a chance to relive the whole wedding experience through what they have captured and I can safely say that Ankit and his team have given us some lovely moments that will stay with us forever and will bring a smile to our face. The wedding was scheduled to be in Srinagar during a complete lockdown phase when most people cancelled their assignments in Kashmir and infact a lot of friends and family cancelled their visits to the valley. Considering the situation, when I called Ankit to check if they would be comfortable to shoot, his reply was that we will be there for sure- we just need to have our cameras. TLDR - Ankit and team did a splendid job of covering our wedding, every time we look at the pictures we fell in love with them all over again! Now for the detailed review - When we were looking to find a photographer for our 2 states wedding (punjabi + tam bram) back in Nov 2019, my husband and I wanted someone to capture our memories in a non cheesy way! Since both of us are a little camera shy we wanted more of candid than posed! In our search we came across Ankit’s profile on WedMeGood and really loved his work specially his pics with reflection and the black and white ones! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ankit and his team but I will try. We found Ankit via a friend and the entire experience from inquiry to receiving the photos has been so smooth and pleasant. Hiring Ankit was a wonderful gift of luck for us. We had spoken to a couple of people but could not finalise a photographer for my engagement function. Ankit captured events including Pre wedding, Sangeet, Wedding and Reception. After looking at the pictures, I really thought We made the right decision of going with Ankit. The pre and during the shoot experience was amazing. We got our Pre wedding shoot clicked from Ankit Goel and it could not have been more comfortable to be clicked. Even after travelling to some of the most beautiful places on earth, me and my wife find that the most beautiful pictures of us are from our pre-wedding shoot and the wedding ceremonies. So my cousin's wedding trailor is by far the most beautiful wedding video i have seen, ever! I mean Ankit made it a masterpeice with the absolutely brilliantly used slow motion effects, black n white effects, the choice of music, the candid coverage, no one could have summed up those 3 days any better! Seeing that video, i underwent a plethora of emotions and it was practically the first time it struck me that wedding photography and videography can be so impactful and beautiful!
