Its totally unprofessional studio management. Not honoring the commitment as preschedule. Workmanship is not great. We really need to put lot of efforts in getting the right output. The photographers and editors are not professional. The firm is doing business - as its a old entity and no other good studio nearby. They always ask for the money but do not deliver the goods as required in time. Even after taking full amount the studio do not deliver the albums with editing etc. Suggest anyone engaging them to at least put a clause that 30 % amount only at the time of delivery. Practically we don't see any professionalism in customer handling and work culture.
