In the era where social media is at its pinnacle, there are GOONS like Asiana Couture which exist only to dupe customers with their FAKE exuberance and glamour. As soon as you enter their so called fashion MENAGERIE, all you would witness is the LACK of professionalism, hospitality, humility, courtesy, exclusivity and originality. They are so FULL of themselves that you need to literally fill up an appointment form a week before and on your actual day you have wait for at least an hour outside to get your number. They judge you from how you look, intimates you in advance that all their “COPIED” lehengas are above INR 1 Lakh, orders you to leave if you don’t have patience to wait and shuts you up when you request them to lower down the volume of the unnecessary LOUD music they play. But the problem is not only with them but with audience like us who go their to empty their pockets only to get DUPED. I made a fool of my self when I visited them for the first time and almost finalised my WEDDING lehenga on that very day. When I went again with my family to show them and take a final decision, I was overwhelmed with their SHITTY attitude towards me and my father. The staff is HORRENDOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCOUTH, UNORGANISED, UNCOURTEOUS. They started messing with my father when he asked them the reason for such a delay and to lower down the loud music they were playing and the worst part was that the OWNER was present there and did nothing to resolve the matter. GIRLS! And the FAMILIES - Be smart. Don’t invest your time and money in a brand that doesn’t know the essence of customer experience. There are many other stores (In Chandni Chowk) out there who have better and exclusive collection and are not duping customers like these IDIOTS are. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER #banasianacouture
