Worst possible experience with the most rude staff i ever saw! Horrible is an understatement! Total waste of time and money!

DO NOT GO HERE if you want an experience of being a bride, if you want to be happy, if you want to actually buy something.

If you are a bride, Asiana is your place girl. The best one in the town. The staff & facilities are so good. I got my piece customised on request, & Ankit Keyal did it brilliantly. So happy! Lots of love & prosperity. Cheers!

I loved Asiana couture because of their ambience. The store gives you a lot of bridal feels. You are treated in a special way individually. I felt like a bride wearing all their beautiful designs. Their designers suggested the right blouse and colors for me and they know their job very well. My lehenga stood out and I got so many compliments. Their lehengas are unique and beautiful! I recommend only Asiana for your big day!

We went for our bridal lehanga to asiana couture collection was amazing we love all the collection .the management and the staff was so helpful.we have bought 4 outfits from there .4 of them were amazing my whole family loved it .my cousins also bought there bridal and mehndi outfit from asiana .thankyu team All the best for future

Although they have decent collection but their customer handling is the worst so far. Plus they think that they are the beat designers of india so they cant talk humbly with their clients. Poor poor customer handling really disappointed!!!

The collection is decent, however the customer service is extremely poor. The staff is extremely , extremely rude. They will stand on your head to finalise an outfit instantly ! They cant give you 5 mins also to talk within your family. Their staff claims they are sitting their as directors or something.. but they are extremely unprofessional and non sense people. Save your time and harassment, they will drive you crazy. I unfortunately ended up buying few pieces ( thankfully not my bridal lehenga, but for one of the other functions ) but they ultimately changed the colour of my outfit, without any notice and then argued that that is what i finalised ! Further, to add to the chaos, they charge you more than 1.5 times than what their most famous competitors in chandni chowk are charging. Even after you buy the piece, give an advance, they will not let you take a picture of the piece of you finalise, they keep insisting that they ll send you a video, but you cant take it for your satisfaction! And at last, high chances that they give you the trial piece only... after alterations and wont make a new piece Even if you end up paying lacs. They are the biggest cheaters sitting in this market. If you have any other option, pls go there ! Do not choose this place

My wedding outfit was designed by Asiana Couture.They are amazing as designer and managed to curate a beautiful bridal wear for me.They are really good in their services , so I really appreciate their efforts!

Extremely bad customer experience. Very unprofessional and rude staff. They wasted my whole day. They don’t reveal their prices. They don’t offer any customer service and will force you to finalise instantly . I was an out station for whom time was important. They don’t value that. I will not recommend anyone to buy anything because even if you like something, the harassment is a lot . The lady who is the manager does not know how to talk and behaves like she’s a queen.

Best Designer store for all the brides to be looking for their perfect wedding outfit.This Designer house is a dream stop to get all that you want. You will no longer have to hunt for different place for the outfit you want. Recommended to all the brides who want to by their dream outfit.

Asiana couture is okay-okay. I didn't feel it's too great. They showed me only 5 of their exclusive designs and those were not evev exclusive as other stores also had them. The prices were also on a bit higher side and there was also delay in the delivery as well!

I bought my bridal lehenga from Asiyana couture which is in Chandni Chowk. I was so not satisfied with their work. They created a full mess and they had almost spoiled my lehenga. They made my lehenga so short when I gave them to do the appropriate fittings. I had to rush somewhere else to get it done. My experience with them did not go well.

I had an amazing experience with Asiana. The fitting of my attire, which I tried just a couple days before my wedding, was perfect. Their services are impeccable!

The collection is good.. however you can not rely on them for alterations.They will send it after 2months but without any changes!.. also they don't respond properly!

With the limited amount of time I had in my hands to finalise my wedding lehenga- I knew I had to be quick! I ended up at Chandni Chowk- the mecca of wedding lehengas and a place to go to for anything remotely related to Wedding! Little did I know that I’ll be able to finalise my wedding lehenga on my first trip to Chandni Chowk! I happened to stumble upon Asiana Couture and was lucky enough to get in without an appointment (well, I guess I was destined to finalise my wedding lehenga that day!) and half an hour into trying on few options- I fell in love with this lehenga and something that I had at the back of mind! Asiana Couture was quite professional though we did have a small hiccup with last minute fitting issues but they went all out to help me! Big thumbs up to them for delivering what they promised! :)

I came to Asiana Couture back in November 2017. I had looked them up and was following them for a bit on social media. So when I flew into India, I was super excited to go here and buy all my outfits. I ended up getting my wedding outfit from somewhere else (and thank god I did that), but I got my mehndi and another outfit from Asiana. This was the biggest mistake ever. I regret it and wish no bride has to go through this headache with them like I did. My mehndi outfit was designed by Payal Keyal. I had told them I won't be able to come back to pick up my outfit, since I live in USA. They seemed very friendly and willing to work with me and were okay with my aunt picking it up. During my first visit when I picked the outfit, I told them i didn't want the long open back, they totally ignored my suggestion. I waited 2 month for my outfit to be ready. They didn't even bother to call me, I had to constantly follow up with them to confirm if my outfit was ready. My aunt picked up both of my outfit and sent it to me. Her biggest mistake, she didn't check my outfit when she left their store. The mehndi dress I had picked, the color and the design were totally changed. When I called the store and messaged the manager, he told me its due to lighting. Really? How stupid do you think I am. I will not be shopping here. These people are ridiculous. The manager still hasn't returned my messages. The Payal Keyal outfit my mom and i had fell in love with, is now a headache for me to find another outfit. The work went from silver to pure gold and the color became more bright and peachy. The fabric didn't even feel the same. You would think the fabric you tried on in the store won't be as good compare to the new one they are making for you, but the fabric used on my outfit was even worse. i had called them after to ask for detach sleeves and a dupatta. They gave my aunt the depatta, but tried to play it off that I never said anything about the sleeves. If that was the case, how do you remember I wanted the dupatta but forgot the sleeves. My other outfit is the way I saw it (thank god), fabric could have been better for what you are paying for though. The back, well they ignored my Suggestion. So now I have to get another mehndi outfit all in a month since my wedding is around the corner. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY OUTFITS FROM ASIANA OR PAYAL KEYAL. I rather spend the extra money and trust the right people then someone like Asiana. Again, biggest mistake ever. Also, they don't let you take any pics after you purchase the outfit, they send you this blurry pic of the outfit you tried on after 10 days. Why? So when you get the original outfit, you can't figure out if anything has changes since months go by. I am not the only one who had this problem with them. I have heard others did as well. Thanks a lot for causing more stress in my life Asiana. Especially brides that live outside of India and cannot make it back to try on their outfit like I couldn't, don't trust these guys.

Our experience with Asiana Couture was not really good. Even after taking the appointment, we had to wait for at least an hour for our turn and then when it came for the fittings, they called us at least 4-5 times to get the outfits perfect. I won't recommend it to anyone for their unprofessional behaviour and attitude. #RateReviewReward

I bought a dress for my wife from Asiana Couture, Chandni Chowk. She loved it !!! Good customer service . A must visit store.

I booked my wedding lhenga from Asian Couture. My bridal lhenga was absolutely gorgeous. The design and the quality of the lhenga was perfect. They use finist fabric and all the small details are very enhancing.
