We brought saree from asopalav (satelite) Ahmedabad branch before some day. There is two phase behaviour of staff before purchase and after purchase, Before buy behaviour is awesome and good nature but after that everything is destroyed. At a receiving time of saree Answer of staff and service person is very rude,they haven't value of customer satisfaction, and not agree to give any advice for wash,type of saree cloth, even not packed. Bad experience at this shop Never ever go with asopalav (satelite) They have not trustworthy nd Don't worth money.

Guys pl don't ever buy from this site Asopalav saree . They are cheaters , Fraudulent.. They are selling duplicate cheap products ..Pl be aware of this site ..

extremely horrible experience after making the full payment and enough time I had to get after them regularly for more than a month. without my approval it was sent to Surat. and even on call daily my conversations kept getting worse. no body let's you speak with the owner or the branch head. the designer and other numbers I was given kept rotating the entire issue amongst themselves without providing any solution. horrible horrible experience.

We shopped at Asopalav because it was recommended by friends. You need to go early to get a place to sit. Pradeep at Asopalov Ashram road was very helpful . The biggest issue for customers is the bathrooms are so stinky. Men. women and customers use the same one and not sure if they clean them every day. I would strongly recommend that you use the washroom before you get there. Asopalov please clean your bathroom every hour for hygiene

We have purchased a ladies dress for 5000/before @1 mo or so .on second wash the fabric has torn from various places we complained,but the sales person asking for tag ( how available after 2 nd wash. ??)Bill is available in their record also. Now they don't reply , after selling , & we felt insulted . I advise not to visit & purchase any thing from such type of people ladies Dress or any thing.

Worst experience of the store... These guys are never responsible once their good is sold. My wife recently bought a salvar kameez worth 5000 rupees and it got torn after a single wear... Pathetic response from the management. Instead of checking the material and listening to the customer's complaint, they just told that the dress was not torn when we sold it.. Is this how a brand respond to its customers...in this era, a brand will only survive if they take care of their post sale services.. Pathetic management, more pathetic response.. Will never put my foot into the store in my life now...
