I had a truly awful experience with Atarangi Designs and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this brand. I ordered a necklace set and what I received looked nothing like what was shown online. The product was cheap, fake-looking, and of embarrassingly bad quality — definitely not worth the price. It looked like something picked up from a local roadside stall. I immediately contacted their team, only to be told that they don’t offer refunds, just store credit or exchanges. Why would I want to spend more money on a brand that already scammed me once? I insisted on a refund because the quality was laughable. They agreed to a return through Delhivery, and the delivery guy personally checked the product thoroughly, as per their policy — they do not pick up incomplete returns. Then came the real horror. I got a message from Atarangi saying the earrings were missing, and they sent me a video as “proof.” But that video was highly suspicious — the return bag was already half open at the start, and when the woman opened it fully, she pulled out only the chain. The earrings were nowhere to be seen. Very shady. When I pointed out that Delhivery does not accept return pickups unless the product is fully checked, they tried to shift the blame onto the delivery guy. I even spoke to him — and he confirmed the earrings were definitely in the package at pickup. Then magically, they sent me another video, this time a so-called CCTV clip. But the footage was different from the first one and conveniently had no timestamp. It felt like they were just trying to fake some “evidence” to scam their way out of refunding me. This kind of behavior is fraudulent, manipulative, and downright disgusting. Only after I told them I’d be filing a consumer court complaint and escalating the issue with Delhivery, did they agree to refund me — still claiming they didn’t receive the earrings. At that point, I was done with the back-and-forth. This brand is duping customers and treating them like fools. Sure, if you’re lucky and like the product, great. But the moment there’s an issue — their exchange and refund process becomes a complete nightmare. The customer support is arrogant, shady, and unwilling to take responsibility. Do NOT order from Atarangi Designs. They’re fake, unprofessional, and dishonest. Absolute scam.

I’ve had the best experience shopping from here. Atrangi is truly a one stop destination for all your wedding jewellery. Apart from wedding they even have casual western jewellery for every occasion, be it a casual dinner or a fancy night out or a day at the beach. Vidushi and her team go above and beyond to help you and ensure you get exactly what you need. The entire team is very cooperative and helpful and at Atrangi I feel the only motto is Customer Satisfaction. Would recommend everyone to check this place out once for sure, because once you go there you don’t have the need to go anywhere else.

Very poor experience. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! There are all sorts of small prints on customs costs which is not made clear when you click through on the transaction. I spent £200 on jewellery plus £20 shipping. However then was hit with £80 custom charge on top. They then send me the small print from their website. Atrocious and suggest you do not buy from here!

I had the best experience shopping with Attrangi. I shopped jewellery for my sangeet, wedding and reception, and had my wedding jewellery customized as well. They were so patient with my customizations and discussed everything in detail before dispatching. The quality of the products is so good - they’re intact even a year after the purchase. I would highly recommend them!
