Well since Kabir is asking me to share the whole conversation and calling his clients cheap rather than working on his own mistakes, also wed me good doesn't allow to reply to vendor's message I had to use someone else's account to just share the screen shots, though I don't need to prove anything. I do not have the call records of 20-30 calls done every day to you by my mom now. But just a sample which I have of messages done also to clarify you deleted my data in July, even after having a conversation with my mother on phone that you will send the data. The only mistake we did was to believe you blindly and waited for you to call us however when she called to know the status of the video you said you deleted the same day.all the conversation was done on phone. Stop fooling around you also know what you have done. Nobody wants a clarity. I do not have the energy to go through the mental trauma again and conversing here by taking someone else's phone. All the best. Marriage is a special event for everyone but just a regular job for some photographers who really do not care about clients emotions

Do not hire Kabir and his team if you dont want to regret or have anxiety later! This person was supposed to give me my wedding video and he made a small 10 mins highlight videos and said this is all he had. When I again contacted him to atleast share the raw videos, he said he deleted it the same day. He would talk very sweetly and be a gentleman so that clients get fooled but after the payment he will not respond to your calls and even block your numbers the way he did mine. I never wanted to post such things but imagine the kind of mental trauma he has given my family by not giving videos that I had to post this feedback despite having my own work commitments. How can a photographer delete someone’s videos without even confirming and that too right after few months of wedding and still post videos from other weddings he covered 3-4 years back on instagram? Moreover he asked for big amount to retrieve the data he deleted! Such an unprofessional behavior! Is that how you make money? Totally disappointed!

It was the best decision to choose Rewind stories for our wedding… everything from being professional to being creative in the work they do is really top notch… the best thing is that they really involve us in the process. I wish I had more than 5 rating. Working with Kabir and team was one of the best decision we made for our wedding, right from the first meeting the communication and ideas were very clear and they are quite adjusting when it comes to your requests. Their work speaks for itself, whether it’s pre wedding or your wedding they make it a wonderful memory. The compliments which we got was it that it looked like a romantic movie and I wish I could express the joy we shared after it. When you look out for photographers you just don’t need good photography and video, you need a person who understands you and here is where I would recommend Kabir. We never felt like we working with stranger as they are highly matured, adjusting and treat you not as client but as a friend, this helped us a lot during all our conversations. Very unprofessional behaviour!!.. when pointed out the obvious got a rude response from the owner/main man. Asked the guy for some queries and he was not responding when pointed it out that this is not professional as an advice his response was - ‘Bro you are rite i am very unprofessional may be i will not able to cope up with the professionalism you are looking for’. Still i made an effort saying- ‘it was a friendly advice’ to which i got a response-‘Thanks for kind advice brother really appreciate that. But i have a feeling you guys will not be satisfied with my work and i don’t that. I am sure many good photographers must have approached you and they must be Proffesional too’. Wr both are so camera shy and yet they made us so comfortable throughout that most of the time we didn't realise we were being captured.
