We booked Lokesh and his team for 2 events - a 60th Birthday and a naming ceremony on consecutive days. The team was very good at photography and was very cordial. We enjoyed the experience and immediately paid off the entire amount within 2 days of the events. Lokesh was also quick to give us the unedited photos within a week. However, the problem started when editing work began. There were numerous delays, no communication and the output quality was average at best. Lokesh did respond after a few follow-ups and was cordial in letting me know that he will complete the editing work and assured us of good service. However, that did not translate into action. We received the edited photos, they were all edited with a single filter / preset and there was no imagination used. The video of the event that we received was almost of no use. There was no introduction, the speeches were cut such that they lost their meaning and numerous such problems. I took the initiative of connecting directly with the editor to share my expectations, but nothing came out of it. I have followed up multiple times to get the video issues fixed but have not heard back from Lokesh after that.

Euphoria Memories is the best photography team i have known. They are obviously super skilled but the best thing about the team is their patience. From clicking pre-wedding shoot to wedding pictures to Ghar me entry wale rasams... They were there to capture every single moment. Also , being a teenager, I'm a very Instagram person. They keep posting beautiful moments on their Instagram story which makes us very nostalgic and happy! Also the videos they make. Best best best! Lokesh sir and team - highly highly recommended.

Initially when we went to Lokesh for getting a package for our wedding photography we had not idea that there were multiple options in them, like, drone photography, candid, general function and so on... But, since we were on a budget Lokesh was more than willing to help us modify and customize the package for our wedding. And also if there was something that could not been delivered, he was pretty straight forward with it. There were not fake promises as such. We had taken the services from them and in one word I can say that its really very spectacular. The entire team was very helpful and patient.
