They spoiled raising day function of a big corporate.. NNo planning to bear 6k ppl stale food qty over in 15 min had a very bad experience with this banquet 18 No taste which caterer gives u one tea spoon of ice cream to eat and haalf motichur laddu with 1tb spoon of rabri as a sweet... TThey do so.... Shame

They were hired for a Prime Corporate event and they made the event embarrassing by their pathetic catering services. The service was so pathetic that the food was stale and tasteless. Quantity cooked was less than 50 percent than the committed quantity. Why they did this in a corporate event I don't know. I think it was intentional to save more money. They literallly failed to handle large crowd. The total failure was felt intentional to save money. This has totally spoiled the event environment bcos there was much hype about the food and the expectations were turned down totally.

Excellent food, service and hospitality! It was a good decision to book them for our event. Their spread was huge and it was all arranged in the proper manner. Our guests were really happy

Wonderful experience overall, they listened to all of our requirements, they recommended some of their signature dishes. They were very flexible to make few changes to the menu, a day before the event. Co-ordination was smooth all the time, food buffet decoration was beautiful, super tasty and hygienic food. I recommend them for any kinda event. They are awesome! Kudos to the team especially Ananya and Harish are best!

We worked with the B18 for our wedding and totally LOVED IT! From the get go, the team was focused on taking all the planning and execution and making sure our guests were comfortable and most importantly fed! Tanya worked with us to curate a perfect menu, which tailored to both North and South taste buds and she provided great suggestions on how to change things up to have a different menu every day. This was a huge time saver! Everything was delicious from the cocktails snacks, to the main courses, desserts and special care was spent in decorations and making sure everything matched the decor. Harish was a total magician onsite and no task was big enough. He was able to complete some of the last minute changes and demands, with a smile and a can do attitude. Very thankful to the whole Banquet18 team for feeding us for 3.5 days, with breakfasts, lunches, high teas and dinners. I have to send a special thank you to the bar tending team - they were just awesome!! A must add if you want to serve drinks!! The best comment was "Thank you for giving us a true North India flavour here in the South!!" - Speaks to the quality and taste of the food!! Tanya, Harish, - we very blessed to have you, and Banquet18 will always be part of your wedding journey. Big hugs!!

Amazing team of banquet 18. All my guests had the best time with the quality of food served from them . Taste was just what we expected on our special day . So happy and satisfied with their work . Special shout out to Ananya who helped me throughout the process on designing menu .

We had a Yelle Oota lunch and a mixed south and north Indian buffet spread for dinner. The Yelle Oota I believe was sub-contracted to another vendor who did a fantastic job, both with the quality and service of food. The evening spread was excellent as well. We also had a small mehendi ceremony prior to the main functions, where Tanya's team served some amazing chaat. Highly recommend.

Tanya made our D day absolutely delightful. With challenges of being multicultural, we didn't know whom to turn to. She was patient, carefully noted all the million things we wanted to have, aligned to our budgets and gave us a solution which was totally amazing. Banquet18 made sure everything was executed perfectly well, as communicated and actually even better. Outstanding services on the wedding of my daughter. They are professional, have a lot of options on their menu. Tanya understands the family and guest list before suggesting anything. We were a 2 states wedding so it was not easy to satisfy and manage both parties. But they did a fantastic job. Hats off to this team. Good luck to much more succes.
