When it comes to a wedding, food is an aspect that seals the deal for the guests, and makes the event most memorable. With my partner being a foodie, who loves to go down to detail, I knew we'd have to find a caterer willing to hear us out. Banquet18 was nothing short of perfect for us. Tanya and team were so meticulous! From day 1, where she sat with me to understand what kind of food we were looking for, what our budget would be and customizing the final menu for D-Day accordingly. Between the day we first spoke and one day before our reception, there were so many alterations I had requested, and she dealt with each one so patiently, fully aware about how overwhelming this entire process was for me as a bride. Our interaction with Banquet18 was splendid. The guests loved every single dish there was, from the appams and dosas, to the chaat and mousse, they relished it all. I'd recommend Banquet18 to anyone who is looking for a hassle free event caterer. Thanks a ton again Tanya and team!

Tanya made our D day absolutely delightful. With challenges of being multicultural, we didn't know whom to turn to. She was patient, carefully noted all the million things we wanted to have, aligned to our budgets and gave us a solution which was totally amazing. Banquet18 made sure everything was executed perfectly well, as communicated and actually even better. We had a Yelle Oota lunch and a mixed south and north Indian buffet spread for dinner. The Yelle Oota I believe was sub-contracted to another vendor who did a fantastic job, both with the quality and service of food. The evening spread was excellent as well. We also had a small mehendi ceremony prior to the main functions, where Tanya's team served some amazing chaat. Highly recommend.

Outstanding services on the wedding of my daughter. They are professional, have a lot of options on their menu. Tanya understands the family and guest list before suggesting anything. We were a 2 states wedding so it was not easy to satisfy and manage both parties. But they did a fantastic job. Hats off to this team. Good luck to much more succes.

Our was a tough wedding. We hail from south India n my fiance from Europe Was tough one for any single caterer to achieve this. But Tanya did a fantastic job. Attention to detail, mix of cuisines and a lovely mix of our families bonding over this was just amazing. They really created magic that night. We had a two-day north Indian Hindu wedding comprising several functions Haldi, Mehendi-Sangeet, Wedding Lunch, and Reception dinner in Bangalore. Essentially we had 5 meals at the venue to feed our guests approximately 120. I cannot express in words how well the catering was executed. The food quality, taste, variety and presentation were flawless. All of our guests we in a food coma and loved every bit of the food presented to them. Not only did the Banquet 18 team execute catering on the ground well, but they also helped in controlling costs and suggested how should we plan our food menu. They were extremely transparent, flexible, and professional in their approach. I will also say the team helped us make a really good wedding memory for our guests and ourselves. Ours was a Tamil + Odia wedding spanning two days and with 450+ guests, and we needed a caterer who could help provide a great experience for guests from both states. We liked our first conversation with Tanya and after a couple of video calls we settled on a preliminary menu, which we were invited for a tasting at their premises in Anjanapura. The tasting went great and the whole family found it easy to work with Tanya. She was just a great person to bounce ideas off of, and she actively noted down feedback during the tasting as well. We went through nine iterations of the menu with her after the tasting to add / change a few items, and Tanya was very accommodating to these changes. Banquet18 had done quite a number of weddings at our venue, The Tamarind Tree. Due to her experience with the venue, she was able to help us with the layout, decor, coordinating with the venue team and other decisions for a smooth service. During the reception, we also had a massive downpour of rain, which was prepared for and handled very well by the Banquet18 team. The food was highly rated by our guests and family! Our reception was a fusion course of South Indian, North Indian and even an authentic Bengali Chingri Jhol (prawn curry), and our wedding had traditional South India Yelle Oota spreads for breakfast and lunch. The taste was exceptional and some of our personal recommendations would be the Mini Samosas, Pani Puri, Hara Bhara Kebab, Andhra Fish Fry, Achari Chicken Tikka, Jamun Shooters, Indian-style Pepper Chicken, and their Yelle Oota spread. The one and only hitch we had was with the team serving the Yelle Oota. The timing of the wedding caused breakfast and lunch to be scheduled fairly close to each other. This led to some friction with the team managing the Yelle Oota, since some guests who wished to be served late-breakfast or early-lunch were denied. We mentioned this to Tanya, who had noticed it too, and she was gracious enough to take it as constructive feedback. All in all, we were very glad that we went with Banquet18, and would recommend future couples to do so too!

We had our house warming ceremony last week in Bangalore .we got to know about Banquet 18 from our family friend and was the first time we were trying this out. However, Flavia was kind enough to sit with us and work out a menu for budget and needs. She invited us for food tasting to provide a glimpse of what she has to offer and also discussed our needs and choices. We needed a fusion of South and North Indian and specifically to cater to my daughter as she has allergy to some food items. The starters were excellent and lip smacking . The food was delicious, presentation was top notch, and all the guests loved it right from starters to main course to desserts. Loved how it was presented in creative ways to give the food a nice twist. Flavia is patient enough to understand and advise customers to fit their needs.
