Had a wonderful experience with banquet 18 at our wedding. We had 2 main events - engagement (dinner) and wedding (yelle oota). Dinner was pretty straightforward and we knew that banquet 18 was an expert at presentation and they did not disappoint. Our expectation for yelle oota was quite complicated since we needed a mix of authentic south indian items as well as something unique. We were quite confused on how to choose the menu until we met Tanya. She suggested a lot of items within the budget and it turned out to be amazing. All the guests who attended the wedding loved all the items. Few items which impressed most people were the tender coconut payasam, galouti kebab (veg), rasam and the mor kozhambu. Apart from the food, the experience working with Tanya was delightful. We did not have to intervene during the event even once. Despite the increase in headcount by ~40, they were able to manage and no one went home hungry. I would strongly recommend the team and have already decided that banquet 18 will be the caterers for all my family events in the future.

What you see is what you get, and this is exactly what we got. Professional and super supportive team. Amaaazing food and service that beats any five star service. Live counters, continuous service of starters, all food prepared and presented beautifully on time & ABSOLUTELY NO MICRO MANAGEMENT REQUIRED FROM OUR SIDE. Our wedding was a breeze. Tanya was exceptionally always available on call and messages to assist any doubts and changed the menu a gazillion times for us🤭 (sorry about that) We had made up our minds well before the food tasting that we will 99.99% be going ahead with banquet 18. The balance 0.1% was the lip smacking food at the tasting - but the food at the wedding was even better. ❤️ What we received beyond our expectations - Professional team, maintaining all covid standards, dedicated table service on the wedding family table (was never asked) and a venue almost as clean as it was before the events began. Any and every issue (very few) were addressed in the right manner with courtesy. Good job, keep it up Tanya, Amarjit (ops manager) and team.

We have opted for banquet18 for our bog day and I must say that all our guests and family were so happy with the food. Most importantly they understand your requirements and suggest dishes accordingly. Ours were a Bengali+Malayali wedding and they made sure all the dishes had authentic taste. If you are someone who dont want to compromise about the food on your big day , I would highly recommend them. Thanks Tanya and team for making our day so special with the awesome food and service 😍

We booked banquet 18 to cater to our wedding at Tamarind Tree in the covid times. That meant so many more things had to be kept in mind the reduced guest list, the hygiene and govt protocol. Nevertheless Tanya and her team made sure to execute everything in the best way possible. We got so many compliments from our friends and family, not just about the food too! Having diverse cuisines served for different events meant we were a little hesitant but Kannan and Tanya pulled it off without a hitch. The highlights for me!! 1. Pathar ka gosht ( I ran down the stage to eat it, totally worth it). 2. Gulab jamun cheese cake shots. 3. The best chocolate cake. 4. The puliogare. 5. The live counters. 6. Those really cute lunch take away boxes. All in all. We want to thank banquet 18 and team for making our wedding one of the best weddings we attended ( All our guests attended told us so & said it was flawless) Tanya made sure I ate enough considering I'm the bride ;) It's true that good food brings people together!Thank you guys for making our wedding so special and memorable not only for us but for all our family members. Much love, Bansi and Twisha Ps- Thanks for saving that slice of cake 😁

I’m glad I booked Tanya and Banquet18 for my weeding. From understanding the theme we wanted to capture to immersing themselves into being a part of our wedding planning crew... They were there all the way. Besides, when guests left the wedding, the one thing they could rave about, was the food. The enquire spread was perfectly timed, all the way from chai for the guests to live counters to magnificent desserts. All of which, blended perfectly within the theme we wanted to accomplish. I’d happily say it again, I’m glad I booked Tanya and Banquet18...

A Bengali girl marrying a Tam Brahm in Bangalore! Can you imagine the vast difference in the menu and the apprehension of a typical Bengali bride about the perfection of the quintessential “bangali khabar”?! Since I was marrying a Tamil Brahmin, I didn’t have the option of having a non-vegetarian platter, which makes things all the more difficult because that kinda thing on an occasion as grand as a wedding, doesn’t sit well with Bengali tummies 😂😂 To be honest, I didn’t look around much. I got Tanya as a reference from my venue relationship manager and I spoke to her about my requirements. From that first phone call to the last day when I settled my accounts with Tanya, everything has been so so smooth and cooperative! And for once I can say, the D-Day food surpassed the “sample” food that was sent home! Haha 😬 Sangeet was a delectable North Indian menu and the Bengali wedding had an uniquely well crafted Bengali menu, not too much or not too little! The guests at my end could not stop praising the food and that made me the happiest! After all, what’s a wedding without immense gastronomic delight?! Weddings can be crazy and mine sure was. But thank you so much, Tanya for making it so effortless and hassle free. You all have expertise in such diverse cuisines, makes me want to try out everything hahaha! So, guys, please look no further, if you are looking to have an unique spread with terribly innovate dessert options to please your guests, Banquet18 is your team! 😊 Pro tip: Bengali or not, you gotta try out their Radha Bollobi 😍

Team Banquet 18 did a fabulous job. We had 2 cultures to take care of – one side being Marwari & the other side being Malyali. Initially we were sceptical since it was very diverse cuisines. But I have to tell you that both the cuisines were done to perfection. Both sides of the families were extremely happy with the food. The malyali sadya on the leaf was very authentic & the Marwari traditional items like daal bati etc were simply amazing.
