The wedding of my dreams orchestrated by Avi and the team! It takes a village to plan a wedding and BTS managed that end to end for us. We had the best time working with the whole team. The team has become more like family than anything else. Avi helped plan our wedding at Fatehgarh in Udaipur - we planned with the BTS team for almost 8 months (and they put up with us :) ). I am quite a perfectionist myself but Avish’s work was beyond all my expectations to be honest. You will not regret picking BTS for your most important day. Highly highly recommend!

I got married last December and boy oh boy. Never in my dreams have. I attended a wedding which behind the scenes arranged. Magnanimous setups, grand decorations. Truly they do stand by their name, behind the scenes, you and your family can enjoy the wedding everything else is taken care by them. We were planning a destination wedding in Udaipur and wanted a bespoke curated experience. It started well with reassurances that things would be as requested but the end product was the exact opposite of our instructions. Specific instructions on color of lighting were ignored, instructions on not wanting certain equipment were ignored which added to cost. In short, if you have a vision and require a bespoke experience this is not the vendor. They will give their word that it’s doable but the end result will be what they please or a generic design and not what you had instructed or want. It was extremely disappointing given we had an incredible venue which was ruined by this vendor. And there is no redo-ing your wedding day.

It was my daughters wedding Krishita and Yash. The entire wedding was done in udaipur at the leela palace. The whole event was handled by BEHIND THE SCENE. We had a great experience. The team made sure all small details were also taken care of. Didn't have to remind them much abt it.. just tell them once and they will take care of it. They will also suggest and plan things keeping in mind the budget of the wedding.
