Bhav and team was professional in covering all the functions and were very courteous. We really liked the photos too. However, it’s been over 9 months to our wedding and we still have not received the video for the events as was promised by the team. We were told earlier that video will be delivered just in a few days. Bhav is now totally unresponsive. It’s been 9 months and we still have no idea what’s happening with Bhav or his team or our video. Really disappointed. We paid the entire amount even before the events finished and are facing this. Would have hoped for a better after service where we were not ghosted!
