Bobby Yash Events

I had a very disappointing experience with Bobby Yash Events. I booked them after clear discussions about the band and event setup, but they changed the band at the last moment without any prior information or consent. This completely ruined the atmosphere and the experience for us and our guests.

Worst event company. They make changes on last moment without approval. Attended wedding on 02/nov/25. They committed for different band and give us local street side band

I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Bobby Yash Events was so awful that I feel people deserve to know what they’re getting into. From start to finish, it was a complete mess. The team was disorganized, unprofessional, and constantly misleading about things we had already confirmed. To make matters worse, some of their staff were actually drunk during the event — absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing in front of our guests. The biggest disaster was the bride’s entrance, which they completely ruined. It was supposed to be the highlight of the evening, and instead it turned into chaos because of their sheer carelessness. They didn’t even bother to take responsibility or fix the situation — just a lot of excuses and attitude. For the kind of money they charge, this level of incompetence is shocking. If you value your peace of mind and your event, stay far away from Bobby Yash Events. They turned what should have been a beautiful day into a stressful nightmare

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I have received. The experience has been far below acceptable standards. Despite my expectations and patience, there has been no accountability from your end. This kind of service is completely unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience at my sister’s wedding. They stoop so low that even after us complaining them about their services, they just sent a message and not even a single follow up from them. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary adjustments.

Booked them for my cousin's wedding and I can tell with conviction that they are a scam. The only follow up done was for the payments. Kept us on the fence till the very last day, gave us no clarity on what was going on. Goof ups after goof ups, booked a bar team with them, charged us a bomb and gave us catering boys who had zero knowledge about bar. His team got drunk at the event. Booked a very popular and expensive band with them, but at the time of performance, we realised that it was not the band commited. Absolute disaster.

If anyone is considering Bobby Yash, let my experience save you the trouble. He overpromised, underdelivered, and made silent changes as if we wouldn’t notice. The whole thing felt cheap, careless, and completely disrespectful.

They planned our whole Varmala ceremony and did our stage decor too!And both the things were rally amazing.It was a great decision choosing them!

Bobby- Yash took care of our wedding entertainment and they did a fab job. Everything was set up perfectly and it was so much fun. They definitely know what they're doing and they did a great job. Thankyou!!
