Must Read before Booking! I had booked BrightenUEvent as my wedding photographer in Nov 2019 and it has been a nightmare since then. Trust me on this, it has been my worst decision ever. After hundreds of constant calls, innumerable excuses, struggle, test of patience I have finally received my albums after 1.5 years in Apr2021. Lets go into details of what suffering I have gone through all this while: She promised to deliver everything(Album+Video) in 2 months. I and my family members tried to reach her in Feb2020 and I am not sure if she blocked all our numbers or what but she didnt respond to any. In mar2020 she told due to Covid I am stuck in Tamil Nadu(though when we were calling her, it used to speak in Bengali that the call is not being answered which is surely her hometown). After a while with zero responses to calls/messages, one fine day she picks up a call from unknown number and said any of her relative died due to covid and soon after that she was in hospital due to covid. We were buying all these tantrums as part of sympathy but it never stopped. Also she gave an excuse that she is short of money, I mean am I really responsible for that?? I have already given an advance payment for the albums/videos which were supposed to be completed by Jan2020 and its already Dec2020 an year later and you are telling me you dont have money. With the bunch of fools working under her for editing of albums, are in their own attitude. Alongwith all the mis management, and no coordination you yourself needs to be 200% sure of what edits you have assured and please do make a written conversation everytime to give them as a proof. Finally after Apr 2021 when I received the albums she told me I am sending out the edited video, its already done which I have not received till now. She being herself still dodging our calls, and since a new wave of covid is here - she told all here family members are covid positive. How inhuman can a person be?? If you still hire them for your wedding. All the very best!
