I had a very horrible experience with her. She has been a constant headache and a nightmare for last couple of years. I hired her for my brother-in-law's wedding in Nov 2019 and its been more than 1.5 years since then and we are still waiting for videos and trailer and getting the albums done was a task in itself for all of us. She is completely unprofessional, she has all sorts of stupid reasons for that. Her entire family has died in the last one year couple of time, her laptop crashes every month, she doesn't even have complete record of photos n videos with her. She will send you the album/video for a check and when you will ask that a lot photos and rituals are missing. she will ask you to share the pictures and videos again as she has lost them/ her laptop irreparable. She has made her entire family/staff covid +ve twice/thrice last year. The staff whom you have to deal with changes every day. your instructions to them changes by the time they reach the actual person making the changes. you end with new changes and this vicious circle continues. On top of this she will become unavailable between all this for a month or so. She will not pickup your fon/ or reply to your messages. Her staff will say that we haven't received payment from madam or we would have delivered your work A simple task of selecting album cover is difficult for them because they will send you n number of template but the one you will choose is either not available or not feasible for your album. The first video that she send me today for engagement was so bad that i was triggered to write this review. The groom entry itself is missing. There is no continuity in the video. The engagement part itself is of 2 minutes. The bride dance is missing and dances of relatives have not been cut short. A small kid will keep dancing for like 5 min in the video. There are no names of the couple. A school project of 5 year old kid would be better than this. Please don't hire her even if she is your relative/friend/girl friend or even if she is the only one you can hire. I can assure you, you would be happy without your wedding memories
