Absolutely poor commitment. Mr Balaganesan, the proprietor started blackmailing us by stating he will not start the work without getting 100% payment the previous night, despite paying advance amount a month ago. Originally the agreement was to make final payment on the morning of the event when decoration is completed. They provided a sofa in which the Bride and Groom were to sit, which had a hole of 5 inches in the corner. It was covered with an old Dhoti. Horrible experience. Never ever deal with these people please.
