Castle Rock Events and Propshop Goa both planned and executed the wedding together. Well as wedding designers, we both had huge arguments about the decor even a week before the wedding. We both have very different styles and there were many moments when our families wished that we had hired someone else for our own wedding :p But what translated was a dream for both of us. It took two armies to put together the vision that me and he had. For the first time, our teams worked without our supervision and executed the most beautiful wedding. The whole CRE team was a dream to work with! Though we were living abroad, we decided to hold our wedding in Goa and wanted to make sure we worked with a planner who was able to communicate with us effectively. Pooja and her team were easy to reach, flexible with timings and best of all, understood our vision and created beautiful events that went off without a hitch! In total, we had three days of events and each one was incredibly unique and of the highest quality. All our guests were blown away. So happy we chose CRE and would recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful event management team run by the lovely Pooja. I was in touch with several planners before deciding on Castle Rock Events - right from our very first conversation there was something special about her and she was hungry to deliver/make her mark. She is extremely organised / structured (only one who came with a detailed spreadsheet during the intro meetings!) and she didn't force her own ideas onto us. She understood the type of wedding we wanted and immediately tailored her recommendations to suit us. She was very easy to get along with (you need that considering how much goes into planning a wedding) and her decor arrangements were spot on! CRE's strong relationships with the vendors made things very comfortable for us, and our venue loved working with the team too. The only thing I would say is that she could do with a strong #2 as the organisation grows, particularly to manage the logistics as she can't be at two places at once. We are so grateful to her and the team for giving us two wonderful days and memories to last a lifetime, and wish her all the best for the future!

Thank you Pooja for all your hardwork and dedication in planning, organising and guiding us from the beginning our daughter's wedding in Goa. We were very nervous at the beginning but were dazzled and delighted by everything we saw and experienced and so were our guests! You had everything under control, with lots happening in the background. Your attention to detail was paramount. We are still going through photographs and looking through all the arrangements, impeccable! This being our first wedding in the family, you could understand our nerves :). Your calm and pleasant demeanor made it lot of fun to go through the entire process. Wish you all the best in the future and thanks again for planning and executing the wedding even during challenging times. With us being in Australia, the bride and groom in US and wedding in India, you pulled it off without any glitches! What a miracle indeed! So for our wedding in Goa, we must have looked at around 7 to 8 vendors who showed us designs which were very similar to each other and just felt like there is one main design vendor in Goa who is distributing subletting their stuff to others. It was only Pooja and her team who showed us designs which were very unique, classy and elegant to say the least. When it comes to design and decor you do not have to worry at all as people at CastleRock really deliver at what is promised.All our events looked grand thanks to the work done by the team at CastleRock. Pooja was more of a friend during our 'wedding planning' phase and clearly understood our vision . We had a guestlist of almost 500 people; Pooja along with her team managed everything from hospitality to logistics in a very smooth and professional manner. To conclude, I would recommend them hands down as I don't think there is any vendor who would execute an events decor and design with the elegance and finesse that Pooja and her team could achieve.

Amazing work done by the team. So effortless and so professional. They made the wedding so enjoyable for anyone without much involvement of either of the families. I highly recommend them if you want your families to enjoy the wedding rather than manage. They are just too good.

From the moment Pooja & I first spoke, I knew she would somehow understand what I'm looking for. When we first met at the wedding venue in goa, we just started walking around discussing the flow, theme and decor. Planning the decor with someone based in Goa while you're in Bombay isn't an easy task but Pooja followed it all through so seamlessly. As someone who's particular about details, I just left the decor to Pooja and she literally brought every detail alive exactly how I'd imagined. She even went beyond what was discussed and added some cute elements of her own, which was so heartwarming. Making the same venue look so different for 3 functions is not an easy job. But she and her team didn't make me feel like they're not a part of the wedding party. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care of. And I made a friend in the process :) Thanks to you, Pooja and your team. Big love to you guys.

People at CastleRock Events from the founder Pooja, her core team with the lovely ladies Priyanka & Ghungroo at the helm, will do everything possible to make your life's milestone moment go the way you would imagine it to be and memorable for everybody and not just you! They are new, which is their strength as this helps them push the boundaries and their hunger to prove themselves reflects in the work & the innumerable efforts they put in! Together they were able to clearly understand & reciprocate my vision for the kind of wedding I had imagined for myself and family. They were accommodating, cooperative and hard working to accomplish all the expectations that was bestowed upon them. They work in coordination with the couple and the familes’s requirements along with their strengths, keep the channels of communication open & honest making things a breeze especially during the stressful Indian wedding preparation time! The boss lady, Pooja which will go out of her way to make things happen and provide you with a perfect experience be it from guest management, wedding frills, logistics, décor and vendor management & most importantly the unforeseen situations. They are a bunch of young creative, thorough professionals with a working style of modern meets traditional that would cater to all tastes and budgets.
