We chose Pooja and Castle Rock Events because they are the recommended party planners for W Goa (btw if your event is at the W, blindly go with them. They have some fantastic custom structures specific to W’s unique event spaces). I had initially decided the schedule of events with the hotel manager, so Pooja finalised complete decor and event plans accordingly, involving multiple rounds of feedback and approval, despite some reservations regarding venue choices. When we went for a recce trip right after, she was still concerned about 3 of our 5 events, and (thankfully!) showed us how uncomfortable our guests would be with the current plan, even though it would require her to re-do all her planning work to suit the new venues and timings. The entire weekend went beyond our expectations. The execution of the decor was better even than the sample photos we had approved beforehand. Pooja and her team have a knack for paying attention to all the little details that really elevate the class of an event. Our guests, all of whom have attended many weddings and events in Goa previously, unanimously said that it was the best ambience and experience they’d seen in Goa.
