This is been the worst ever experience dealing with Raj and his team. Totally unprofessional and terrible at their job. They not only ruined my pics and videos but it has been over a year and i have still not received my album and final video from them!!! I have been in touch with their editor too who is equally useless. Doesn't answer calls or responds to texts. They say they are delivering the final data and then they just disappear. They have taken the full payment before the wedding itself. Raj committed to me saying he would not charge a single penny if i dont like his work.. I hated the work he did.. And yet he did not give me a refund nor has he given me my album and videos. PLEASE DO NOT EVER HIRE CHILLI FLAKES PHOTOGRAPHY!!! They are literally the worst in the business. I regret hiring them. I will never get to see my photos and videos coz of these unprofessional jerks. Even the day of the wedding they came dressed so badly in casual clothes with beanies on their head! Out of 433 videos they took at my wedding.. 252 videos were taken in slow motion coz the videographer forgot to change the fps. Raj's excuse was they need it to add to the video and the final video will look amazing with the slow motion shots. Not a single of those slow motion videos were added to the final video. I have only been given templates to look at. I have given them corrections on the most basic things.. They spelt the grooms name wrong, didnt add the bride n groom speech to the video... And a thousand other things that they screwed up. Whoever is reading this and thinking of hiring them please do not. I am writing this review after 1 year and 17 days exactly from my wedding. I kept waiting thinking they will deliver everything soon but they have just vanished with my money and data. If i could give them 0 stars i would!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!! THEY ARE FRAUDS WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT OUTPUT!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!!! !!!!DO NOT HIRE!!!!!
